Very friendly, courteous and professional staff. They took the time to answer all my questions and made certain I understood their answers. The staff worked very diligently with my insurance company.

Ive had my hearing aid for a little over a year now and STILL very happy with it. Kathy & Leslie were awesome to work with. Kathy was very meticulous in checking my hearing (which after years of broadcasting had deteriorated), especially in my right ear. Then after fitting me, she showed me all the wonderful things it could do, including setting up the app on my phone. And I can stop by whenever necessary for Leslie to clean the ear piece (or replace if needed.) I strongly recommend Beltone here in Gulfport!

The staff is super friendly and cooperative. Their equipment appears state-of-the-art and well maintained. And their products and prices are superb! Excellent and well-informed staff can assist with any issues.

My first encounter with this office was three years ago when I felt I might be losing some hearing ability. I came in and was tested and advised that my loss was not significant and I should come back in a year.In the meantime, I convinced my already-diagnosed-with-hearing-loss husband to come in for new hearing aids. His were over 30 years old! He has done well adjusting to the natural noises around him, and most importantly, none of the family has to shout to be heard!Leslie is always so pleasant and takes good care of my curmudgeon! Always smiling and listening to his jokes. Kathy is patient and thorough. We have nothing but good to say about this office. Great staff!

I Went in to the Gulfport office to have my hearing checked a few months back. Kathy and Leslie were very thorough when completing my screening! They explained every step of the screening to me. Also, they both answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. It was a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend giving them a call if you are experiencing any hearing loss!!

Have been using Beltone Hearing Care Center for almost two years. I am very satisfied with this Beltone office. The Staff, Kathy and Ashley are always very helpful and have provided me with excellent service. They present themselves very friendly and understanding. Kathy and Leslie came out to see us at Seashore Highlands, a Methodist retirement community, and it was absolutely wonderful. I was incredibly impressed by the time they took with each of our elders while still holding conversation with a group. We cannot wait for their next visit!

They put me at ease, reassured me, explained everything thoroughly, and had me hearing perfectly in no time, and with my insurance I didnt have to pay a penny. First-time hearing aid wearer. I was more than a little skeptical upon my first visit but Kathy and Leslie put me at ease and professionally addressed my questions. Still I was not going to spend that much money without doing some research. Kathy stayed in touch with me and encouraged me to try a pair of Amaze 9 aids. Leslie and Kathy are great. Fast, efficient service. The minor problems with hearing aids have been fixed immediately. All I have to do is walk in. They have opened a world to me that I had gradually lost. The world of “hearing”.

Realizing at age 84 that I needed to wear a hearing aid, I decided to see a beltone hearing aid specialist. I choose this company because of its reputation over many years as being the best.On appointment day, I was greeted by Leslie with a friendly welcome. I took a seat and within a few minutes I was ushered into the office of the “master of audiology hearing aid specialist”,Cathy.I was made comfortable,my questions were answered with clear instruction and a free Audio test was done and I was successfuly fitted with a hearing aid.This is a good company with a good staff here in the Mississippi gulf coast.
