I have never seen a business that was so disinterested in assisting customers. First if you send them house plans theyre too busy to look at them. If you go into the store (and youre the only one there) you are completely ignored, as youre left just standing there. I was in there today the person at the counter was on the phone looking for a particular item for a customer. Instead of getting the information and hanging up, he begins small talk with who ever he was speaking with, instead of helping me. I walked out the store, and he was still just chatting about his weekend.

Staff seem friendly enough I only did business on the outside of the store didnt go in but seems like a nice store that will have what you need. This place also rents small equipment from what I could tell. Certainly worth going into once.
