Went to buy a guitar 1 Aug.2020 the guy that works there is a pure attitude problem. Left and went elsewhere.

Only one star because I had too to be able to post. We bought a brand new bell kit for middle school last yr on a payment plan. Was told the value was over 475plus interest,contract said so too. We were told theyd buy it back after paying for it for half that. Nope. An almost new kit they offer 50 bucks then 75. THEY take advantage of parents. Dont do it. Was told they pay 200 or less for those kits by the guy there so basically they jack the price up a lot. Will never ever buy from that store again.

Went in to look for a guitar for my daughter. I believe in buying a quality product the first time so my only requirement was that the guitar not be made in China. The salesman kept pushing Chinese made guitars on me like he made commission only on that brand.

Magnolia Music has repaired 3 guitars for me that no one else had ever been able to get right. They repairman there gets it done quick at super fair prices. I would recommend everyone to go there. Compitant and curtious staff that know what they are doing! AA+

They have done a good job twice of resetting my guitar. But be very careful to check over your instrument before leaving. Mine was damaged and I cant prove it or do anything about it. The damage does not affect the performance, only the appearance which disappoints me.

Very disinterested salesperson. I was looking for amps and he was zero help, I dont think I will be back. Very rude, not going to be in business long, guy looked annoyed that I was there, sorry that I was disturbing your zen. My money goes with me though and wont be back either.

Brought in a flute to have one pad changed, after 2 weeks we had to call to see if it was in (after repeated other calls to them). Went in to get it, but to find out more things then just the pad was done to it, without permission, and was charged for all the other work done to it. So extremely slow service, extra work done to bump up the charge and was never asked to do so, charged extra, no call backs likes promised. So illegal and fraudulent business. BBB SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THIS COMPANY NOT JUST THE Gulfport store. Rating -1(thats a negative)
