I bought a used cruiser and wanted to get a tune up. Friends directed me to Sunshine Rides and I couldnt be happier with the results. Kyle delivered a very quick turn around and got my ride in tip top condition. He even threw in some extras for free!
I bought a bike online and it arrived with only one working brake. I was pretty stressed since it was brand new and I had spent quite a lot on it. I really didnt want to have to drop it off anywhere so my first ride was to Sunshine Rides Bike Shop to see about getting it fixed. Kyle was nice enough to fix it for me on the spot! He made a few other adjustments too and he also installed some accessories that I bought from the shop (no extra charge). He was super helpful and kind and I appreciate him taking the time to squeeze me in. I will definitely go back there for all my biking needs. Thanks for the awesome customer service, Kyle!
I was so pLeased to see the effort Kyle put into creating a great bike for my 5 year old grandson. He put training wheels on it and a Spiderman motif, grandson loves it.
Lousy customer service from smile-in-your-face owner. Bought used cruiser bike couple days ago. 10 minutes into first ride heard a clunking sound while pedaling. When I went back to tell owner he said, you want me to put more time into that cheap bike? When I said I just bought it, looking for some service, he started yelling. I backed off, said never mind and left. Another customer looked at me with alarm. Id give less than a star if I could!
A FB post by Charles AlaimoI am calling out a local merchant for THEFT !!On Thurs. July 1st. I brought my Diamondback bike to Sunshine Rides Bike Shop to be repaired. The rear wheel had been run over and was bent. The derailer was missing as was other small parts. He quoted me approximately $140.00 for parts and said he would get back to me with a total estimate. When he called, on Fri. July 2nd, he said the bike couldnt be fixed, and I told him I was coming in to pick it up. He told me he was closed on Sun & Mon. Tues & Wed we were under hurricane watch so I went to pick it up on Thurs. the 8th.He did not have my bike, and told me that he had scrapped it. When I asked him where he didnt remember and doesnt know where it is. I called the Gulfport Police who spoke to him, and got the same story. They said my only recourse was Small Claimes Court.I am calling BS on his story and CALLING HIM OUT AS A THIEF.
Sold bike - wont return it- only 1 week and he says he Scrapped it
New owner is a theif .
This was my last text to Marisa...I think it says it all!Marisa, you are sweet as the day is long! Its not you its your other half.I had to take the bike to another shop to see if the shifter can be fixed and it turns out theyre both gummed up from sitting too long. The guy is working on it as we speak. This bike needed adjustments and repairs and because your husband is too busy to give me the time of day he lost business. He could have made even more $$$ if hed at least told me before I came to pay that the shifters were bad but he didnt even write it on the ticket and I almost took it home to only find out that I paid $60 for a bike that did not ride.I want to ask for a partial refund as he didnt do what he promised without you stepping in at the last minute but because I know youre trying to keep things running smooth I will just chalk it up as a very very bad experience. I will not be BACK!
Super nice guy works there, wasnt too expensive. Ill be going back again.
