Great location. Lots of parking. Friendly & helpful staff. Can easily spend an hour inside as there is so much to see.

Don’t bother with order pickup they will have you waiting longer than it would take to actually get your item and pay for it!! Lol other than that it’s decent. Good selection at reasonable cost for art stuff and frames. Always some sale going on so that’s good. Yup.

I havent been in years but needed a few items for work and let me just say the manager Oliver is the best helped me with everything I needed I will go back just because of all his help and customer service and the store was so nice and neat

So Michaels is popular for my family for crafts, art supplies, and project items. Also my kids love to paint and do crochet too. So its s good spot for these supplies. But it is over priced. The mark up is crazy for many items. Amazon has better prices for similar items. Also the associates at times not that helpful. Dont answer questions or dont have knowledge. Also really silly with finding coupons all the times to get discount. Just too time consuming. But eh my wife will probably go still to Michaels for convenience more than anything.

The store was clean and orderly but the staffing was poor. There was only one person working at the cashier and we had to wait a while to check out. Meanwhile, there were two other workers talking.

Michaels has always been a place where I can go in sad and become so happy,creating so much in my head while I shop, they are always stock with the most inventive products,making a creative person go insane, today I went to the store to find a Christmas wreath and left with several other things, Mary was so nice that made my stopping by so great,sweet employee!!After three years Ive begun to paint again as usual Michaels Craft store has all the products I need to bring my creation to fruition. Thankyou, especially to the wonderful employees.I dont know about your Micheals but the Gurnees is awesome,thankyou guys!!!

I will do everything in my power to avoid this store. The associates always prioritize their phone and own conversation over the customers and their needs. They will leave you sitting in the pickup spot for a half hour without letting you know they CANT EVEN FIND THE ORDER THAT THEY JUST CONFIRMED ON THE PHONE WITH YOU ... because they sent it to the wrong store. This store either needs new staff or new management because they let their employees do whatever they please. After today, I will never make a purchase from this location.

Place has really cool stuff not much to look at but the items there is really awesome.

While checking out, the cashier JEANNE had a very upbeat mood and proceeded to ask for my number associated for the rewards and I told her that I didn’t have one. Then she asked for my email and I told her I wasn’t interested to sign up for the rewards and she said Oh ok, attitude changed VERY quickly after I said I wasn’t interested, she threw my item that I purchased across the counter and did the same with my receipt. Very rude customer service, would not recommend coming to this store at all.!!

This is your typical Michaels, always someone around to help you find something or to troubleshoot craft projects. Super friendly environment.

Am a little disappointed with the variety of home decor. I usually end up going to Hobby Lobby or Big Lots.

Ok. disappointed they dont carry prints of pictures you could by and frame.

First time in here in years, the tall guy who I think was a lead or manager was friendly and helpful when I asked him questions about their jewelry sale. It was labeled in green, brown, purple, & discounted 40% off of whatever the dotted color (brown, purple, etc) was.

I love this location. its always so busy, but the staff is really nice. They always are quick to find and answer questions. If you go on their website and sign up for text message alerts, they send you a 30% off coupon. Not sure if its all the time but worth a shot. The Halloween section is spootacular! They offer a wide selection, and some really beautiful skulls.

Good place to get craft supplies. Coupons are now available in the app (easiest) or the website if you dont want to fool with another app. Save data by connecting to the store wifi before bringing up the coupon.If you plan to shop at any stores in the Old Navy/DSW/Hallmark plaza to the west, definitely go to Michaels first. You can drive from Michaels directly to the other strip mall but not the reverse.

Friendly staff and good selection among general craft items. Stocked items tend to scrapbooking, sketching, paints, pictures/frames, flower arranging, jewelry making, and a smattering of fabrics, hobby paints, wood/leather working tools. Went in for fabric glue and they had 2 tube choices and a couple tape options.

Great place to find and buy Lemax Christmas houses and accessories. They have arts and crafts as well as baking supplies. They have holiday decor and storage supplies for crafts. They sell a variety of floral as well.

Everyone was nice and when i had questions they told me where it was and gave good suggestions

Ok seriously cant go here with my 10 year old daughter because we shop and usually spend more than we can afford! It is so much fun while we are there and when we get to do the projects it is always fun! Crafts are a great way to do some bonding and talking with your kids! But I love to find a small creative project that I can do when I am without my kiddos as it is nice to have downtime with myself...And all Moms can relate that having time with and without our babies is super rewarding! The staff here will always help you find age appropriate and popular crafty things to do! I highly recommend checking this business out!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly they are on the floor and available. They usually have what need at reasonable/competitive pricing.

It was very crowded but to be fair it was Wednesday just before Christmas. They tried very hard to keep the line moving. Every register was open and they even had employees that came out into the line and prescanned your items for even faster check out. Thank guys, you tried so hard👍

This was to me a small Michaels Store but it had a good amount of products that I like to shop. everything was organized and clean. they had a large wall of clearance items where I found some for 90% off. I had a little issue today but I went back and fixed right away. I live very far away so it was a good thing I double check my receipt before we drove away. The team Members were friendly and helpful when I needed to check prices since the scanner on the wall wasnt working.

Awesome store for the novice who is just finding their creative side or the master who wants to paint their own canvas or create their own wedding decorations. This place has anything and everything you need. They even do custom framing although it is on the pricer side. The clearance section is awesome, you can find things you didnt even know you wanted. The store is a bit tricky to navigate especially your first time there, but go often enough and youll have no trouble finding whatever it is you need.

I love this place especially during Halloween, they carry a great selection of sugar skulls.

Love this store. I was wondering why i didnt know about this store being in this area for long time. Very well stocked with different and cool crafting. This store became my first choice than anything else for craft and home decors just after my first visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked store, with great seasonal discounts. Today I got my hands on a $40 photo frame for only $12, bargain! Only reason it’s not 5* is because I only give those out to places with that something extra.

I love this store! I wish they had this store where I lived or one closer to where I lived. They have such a variety of things. They also are one of the very few stores that sells Halloween villages. Highly recommend this store.

Selection is so much smaller than other local locations but the people are really great. Always a wide variety for just about any kind of crafting. It can be confusing with the different coupon offers, but all cashiers know their stuff and are very helpful.

I love Michaels and they have a great selection of arts and craft. My only complaint is there is a deadspot and my coupon couldnt load, usually the cashier helps me out with a store coupon, but this time she just looked at me like I was crazy. Even 10percent would have been great for my over $100 total, but she didnt offer me anything.

Ordered online and came in to pick up. It was fast easy. Much better than other places I have been.

As always, I found more than came for. They have a great selection of craft items. The staff was friendly and while there was a line to check out, the line moved quickly. There were great sales as well as everyday low prices on many items.

Best place to get your crafting supplies. Its very near everything else (theres stores for hardware, pets, furniture, grocery etc.). They have sales and really good deals from time to time, and theres a Michaels app to get coupons for your crafting needs.

This place is always very well stocked and I just love all of the different options they have here for crafting. I also love the classes they offer as well to teach a new diy thing, or to just have a free flow creative session. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. Thank you Michaels!!!

I love this Michaels. They always seem to have good stock, they arent out of products often, and they have a good assortment of products. The store itself is clean and you can tell the staff is making an effort to keep the lines moving and provide good customer service.
