My experience was very enjoyable, the young man who assisted me was polite, personable, quick, and efficient. At the end of the service he went over all the things they did and checked as well as what to keep on eye out for. The waiting room was clean snd comfortable.

While traveling through on the interstate a giant piece of plastic flew under our car and was making a bunch of noise. We went to the neighboring Midas and were told not to worry it would fall off or melt. Went to fastlane and the gentleman quickly looked under our car, told us it was wrapped around the driveshaft and removed all the plastic at no charge. So thankful for his kindness!

These guys were so efficient and professional. The facility is very clean and they work very hard to give the best service possible. The owner Morris went the extra mile to provide great customer service. He honestly made my day! I will only be getting my car worked on here from now on! 10/10 quick service and great guys

Great place 2 get ur car services & cleaned up

The team here was great with not only the oil change, but helping me identify another issue. They then provided me with a quality referral for another business that could help complete the other service I needed.

Im giving them a one star, which is two more than they deserve! They quoted me $90 for a pair of wiper blades because theyre special OEM blades. I went down the street to Auto Zone, where I got my blades, fuel system cleaner, washer fluid AND rear brake pads for $100...and they installed the blades!

Great place even better people, great service, a little over priced but I guess you get what you pay for. I will return.

Cross-threaded drain plug required a new oil pan at Toyota and a days wages--combined around $600. Fastlane was the last person to service my car prior to having it serviced at Toyota. Chris the manager told me on the phone that he discussed it with the Fastlane Gurnees owner and said it could be Toyotas fault when they took the drain plug out so Fastlane would not pay for it. For the life of the car I have had Toyota do 95% of the oil changes and only took it to Fastlane because they were close by and I was in a hurry to get it changed. My mistake for sure!!!

Fast service, and the car runs better than ever. The staff is quite friendly as well! If you need any oil change get it done here.

They where professional and did a thorough job

One star is one star too many!!! These guys chanced my engine oil that i drained out on the highway the next day because of bad oil filter installation, almost destroyed my engine there. At the same time they didn’t tide screw on my rear differential oil level plug, so i was driving with dripping oil from there for three months until the differential got damaged! The old grumpy owner doesn’t want to take responsibility for that. It will cost me over $3000 to fix my car. I don’t recommend this place at all !!! Save your self a lot of trouble and find another place, there is plenty out there!!!
