Recently purchased stone wall scene setters, was disappointed in the color so light compared to previous ones. If you can please advise manufacture that pretty white bricks just dont fit the Halloween scene. As for your employees they get a five star rating, very helpful and pleasant to talk too!

There is so many stuff to choose from in this place!!! There is a little bit of everything, talking about customes of course. I spent 1 hour there looking and trying and reviewing all the stuff there, there isnt only costumes but also stuff to make your own and to he creative yourself!!! Hair paint, a lot of colors, bandanas, swords, axes, even little toys to make your costume look decorative, if you are a pirate, they have the little bird there and everything!!! Just amazing

I think this might be the only one in my area. I always find what Im looking for.

I pre order my balloons. My niece picked them up. The large shark balloon came half deflated. The latex balloons did not make it through the party. Since I preordered it, looked like they filled the order days ago.. I am calling for my money back. If not I am calling corporate.

This is by far my sons favorite store. We just bought all his pj masks decorations here. They are pricey but worth every penny 🥰

I used to love this store. We have a couple times a year where we throw birthday parties. This was our go-to place to find decorations, party favors, serving dishes, and balloons. It was a fairly inexpensive place to get what you needed for a party! This is not the case anymore. The prices keep going up, without an increase in quality of items sold. They often push these really expensive balloon bouquets with giant balloons. For some reason the last few times Ive been in the store they have really loud music playing over the speakers. I usually walk out with a headache. Its disappointing to have a favorite place to get supplies turn into what Party City is now.

Poor selection and store was in rough shape. May have been because the new year was last week but would think the store should be in better shape than it was.

I went to pick up an order that was already ordered and paid for and still had to wait in line for over 30 minutes. I thought perhaps they had an unusually high order volume which would be understandable. I, however overheard a clerk telling a customer that its always really busy on weekends and he was surprised it wasnt worse.If they expect this high volume, they should have had more employees on staff and more than 1 register open. 2 stars because they did get the job done, albeit incredibly inefficiently.

A worker, what seemed like a manager, had a large confederate flag and blackface tattoo exposed in his arms and was obviously profiling a black family the entire time I was there. He watched them leave their car from the parking lot and then stood at the end of every aisle they were in. I was so uncomfortable and will never return to such garbage.

Pretty much a rather routine visit for birthday supplies

Caught them setting up for Halloween so things were a bit disorganized but its for the greater good. Cant wait to see all of the fabulous Halloween stuff once its all unpacked. And we did end up finding all of the spirit wear stuff that we were looking for.

Staff was friendly and willing to help all customers, but the store felt a little understaffed in areas other that Halloween Costumes. Store was clean and tidy, the selection and variety just wasnt there.

This review is in regards to my experience at the Party City in Kenosha, Wisconsin. There are two instances that have formed my opinion. The first was on 7/15/2019. There was a sign that very clearly indicated that there were plastic table covers at the price of 4 for $1. When I went to purchase these 4 items, she insisted that the sign was saying 4 for $1 each, and that I would receive a better deal if I purchased 5 items for $5!??? Nothing I said would make her see how ridiculous her reasoning was. She even indicated that the sign had been put out too early, whereas the sign itself said the sale was already in progress. Needless to say, I left without the purchase.The second situation was on 7/28. On 7/10 I purchased a bouquet of balloons for an event on 7/28, and was told to call in advance to confirm there was helium available. I called on Thursday, 7/25 to find out just how far in advance I should check on helium and was told to call at 7:30am on the 28th. Sure enough, I called and was told there was no helium, that I would have to go to Gurnee, IL, for this service! I am still trying to wrap my head around a service that is a huge draw for this store, to not be available for its customers!No, I will not be going back to this store. Besides the balloons, I can purchase all of the other party items from the many other businesses in the area!

Horrible experience! Usually come to this location for party necessities but after my bad experience never again! Spent about ONE HOUR (1) aisle after aisle, grabbing thing after thing, spending about a good 100 bucks. Most important spending my time at the store. And when getting to cash registers to be told by I believe a team member named “Jakayra” .. mind you the only person at the registers.. that if should could take the next person instead because I had “way too many stuff” . I found her to be extremely rude for that. Manager passes by and I tell her about my experience and she only said “ok” . Not am I’m sorry, or an apology on her bahalf, nothing !!! So rude !!! Never again .

Party city is way overpriced but they do have every color in the world you want with all matching items to go along with your party theme.

Everyone in their it’s so rude starting with the old man working their fridays nights... I asked “where’s the restrooms” he respond with “at Mariano’s” seriously I’m not walking out their just to use the restrooms..... Next BRIANA at the cashier who I asked for a ballon decided to hand it to the other lady few min later she told Briana you my have to do it I’m busy with this client. Instead briana called some one else to do it. Had me waiting a good time just for a damn balloon.

Party City for your party supply needs. Great variety of seasonal costumes, decor, loot bag items, and candy. Some stuff you will only find there, but often more common items are overpriced.

My hubby and I had to go try to find a costume last minute which I hate doing. So we walk into party city store, there was an associate there right by the costumes, we picked out our costumes and she looked to make sure they had our sizes. They did and she made sure of it. I would shop here anytime.

Great place expensive on certain things tho,, just watch for sales & ..look for clearance stuff but best is their costumes which i think r affordable

This is the second time I have ordered balloon for my sons birthday party that they weren’t ready. A week before I purchased the balloons and told the lady they must be ready at 10:00 otherwise my son will be late to his own birthday party. Well... they were not ready. It took them 20 mins to blow up 6 balloons and not once did they say sorry. Then they wanted me to go stand in line to get my 2.00 refund for the bag they didn’t use. I will never order from them again! I will take my business elsewhere. PS.... there were a lot of unhappy parents inline because theirs weren’t done either!!!!
