I dont know much about their products yet - but I have experienced their customer service and let me tell you it was out of this world. Lowes could learn a lot from this company. My problem was with Lowes when I purchased a Barclay product on-line from the Lowes web page. Although I could not get Lowes to give me information or take care of the issue - but by mistake from what I understand they transferred me to the Barclay customer service people and OH Joy what a difference. Not only did they say they would try and help - but they did help and they kept me informed and promised my product would ship from their facility within 4 days. They called me back the day after I told them about my issue and gave me a complete update and verified the ship to destination - and never asked anything of me!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - JUST GREAT.

Bought their farmhouse sink at a local retailer. It was installed last July. The glaze on the sink has cracked in two spots. I emailed their customer service 3 separate times over the past few months and have heard nothing back. Their website says they have a 100% guarantee on the products and that the president of the company is very concerned with customer service; I have found this to be absolutely false. I would not recommend buying any of their products.

Have a 14 year old Barclay FV faucet. Started leaking a few weeks back. Call customer service, within 5 minutes a new free cartridge was on its way to my house. Service doesnt get much better or friendlier than that!

I was assisted on the phone Wednesday 7/11/18 by Liz. What an expert! She diagnosed the problem with my faucet, sent out replacement parts which were at my doorstep by 1:30pm Thursday 7/12/18. The new parts went in easy and the problem was solved in less than 30 minutes. Please thank Liz for me.

My shower head began dripping continuously. Since it was not a Home Depot type fixture, FV, I tracked down Barclay as a distributor. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. And, I asked them to overnight the part. It turned out, that it was not the right model part, but they overnighted the correct one to me. I was very pleased with their service.
