One of my new favorite jewelry spots. The employees are always so helpful, they make everything quick and easy, Ive never had any issues and Ive bought plenty of quality pieces from here. The credit program is awesome and I love the fact that have fair prices.

Next time better verify the payer. How come you charged a debit card without verifying if the card belongs to the person that paid with it? My debit card info was stolen and someone went and did piercings at your store and paid with my stolen card... Good job!!!

Idk if it’s bc of me, but my ear piercing never healed; I suggest going to a tattoo shop to get your ear pierced instead

The staff crew either lack information or need training on how to handle situations. I was at the branch trying to get my daughter and her cousines ears pierced. One of the staff asked me if I was their dad and I hesitated to answer because I was trying to explain to her that Im one the girls dad but she concluded and said sorry she cant do it simply because I hesitated to answer her question.
