BAM! Is the best name for a store ever. They have good priced manga, and decent priced figures as well as a good selection, me and my dad love this store and have always loved the name which made us want to go there even more. I would recommend

In Gurnee Mills discount shopping mall. Accessible, no stairs, all on one floor. Can get through ailes, but a little tight. So many book sections.

No one at Gurnee Mills knew where the store was in the mall, most people we asked that worked there never heard of it. No one we asked even knew there was a book store in the mall. It isnt listed on the kiosk with the mall map. We walked through the entire mall and couldnt find it. Wasted 2 hours looking and then went to Barnes and Noble.I assume the Gurnee Mills location is no longer open and the website needs updating. Or maybe you just have the worst marketing team ever.

I love this place. You can find something for everyone. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

This is a good bookstore. Nice selection but they really NEED a larger African Studies/African History section. Its almost non existent.

Quite similar to Barnes & Noble book stores. There is something for everyone. About half of the store is children and teens sections. I was impressed that they carried new vinyl Los and Crowley record players

With the internet its really hard to find a book store. This one is nice. Its small. Its got an ok selection of books. I can sometimes find good deals in the bargain sections.The staff was helpful and patience tonight.If you sign up for texts you can get coupons sent to you.Like I said book stores are rare. So dont expect a huge store. Different kinds if things in here too like coffee mugs and socks.

Purchased some books, sticker on one said buy two get third free. Checked receipt after leaving store charged for all three. When I spoke with manager she stated the sticker was from a previous promotion! Last time I will shop here 😡

They had many sales & the sales staff was very helpful. They even wrote down a recommendation for a book that was in the same category of what I was buying. I was buying a few books for teens so it was helpful for future purchases

This is such a great store in Gurnee Mills. Wow I was so amazed to see what a great selection they had at this store...so many great books, gifts toys, and collectibles. I loved it so much. I wanted to buy so many things because the book selection was great and there were a lot of adorable Japanese stuffed animals. I hope this store stays forever!!!

I must have looked lost or desperate. Either way one of the employees came up to me and asked me what I was looking for. I have a 9 year old who hates to read but loves anything dealing with World War 1 World War II. Not a easy shoe to fill but this employee knew right away where to take me to find a few books that would interest my son. Choose a World War book that is a choose-your-own-adventure that my son cannot put down. Also suggested another author that does similar stories for young readers. Thanks again to the young man that help me find these books. You have made a mom proud and a boy eager to read. Recommend this store and ask for help they know their books.

So many book options. It would be nice to have had options for more deals and/or sales. Considering the popularity of books nowadays. Overall the place is very well kept, organized, and clean.

This store was very well organized and had a wide selection of books without being overwhelming. The toys in the front are a bit distracting and can take away from the experience if you have a crabby child with. The education section has alot of National Geographic. I will definitely go here next time I am in the area.

I get all my books there and my hogwarts stuff like slithering Griffin door raven claw huffle puff even some toys I think this place is really good too good to if youre looking for books or toys

A family member had some puzzles from books a million that she wanted for Christmas. We ended up with a couple of duplicates. Without a paper receipt, they will not offer any sort of refund. I even had the credit card that was used to purchase them. Would not even offer store credit.On top of that, when we entered the store, nobody was at the cash register. We waited in line for more than 5 minutes before we even saw an employee. My wife tried to find an employee and the employee she found had headphones in and was clearly not wanting to help customers! Terrible experience. Any item in that store I can just get at Amazon. Will not be shopping there again.

The store is inside Gurnee Mills Mall. It is the only bookstore in this area. They have a nice selection of books, magazines, and games to interest shoppers.I usually have to stop in and see what might attract my interest.

Its rare to find a bookstore nowadays, but you cant order stuff from the store, you just have to see what they have. But they do have Trump voodoo Dolls which I love
