I went to boot barn looking for a nice cowboy hat to wear to my ranching class. however, when i went to try one on, i couldn’t pull it off the mannequin. i asked the manager for help, but he told me that “only true ranchers can lift the hats from the mannequins” and that i “must not be a real rancher.” he then unsuccessfully tried to conceal an open tube of superglue in his leather vest pocket. i ended up having to pay for both the hat and the mannequin. will be going elsewhere next time.

Not much inventory at this location unless youre looking for Cody James branded fashions. Cowboy hat selection is pretty basic. Joes Western down the ways has some nicer gear, but a low inventory.

The workers on the floor we’re not helpful, the average skinny white man kept disappearing into the back whenever i tried to get his attentionthe nice tall boy at the cash register was very helpful, his name was malcolm and he was very kind, boot barn earns an additional star specifically for him

Boot barn, has extremely well made boots, made in the USA. our experience: we asked for a specific size 9b I believe. I also think they will fit you in a pair of boots. My daughter received the wrong size I believe a 9m. The gentleman kindly exchanged for the proper size, with no hassle or questions. My daughter couldnt fit her foot in the first pair so please make sure you are sized properly. This place has quality guys and they will definitely have my business again and again.

Second time here looking for boots were on sale. Very beautiful lots of detail and hand stitched. Got lots of compliments need to break them in but love them

Misrepresentation of store this is in a mall not a stand alone store. Store is VERY small very small selection of any product that is on their website. Girls were very rude.

If they dont have it in stock order it online and pick it up!

I recieved two pairs of boots that were previously worn...Not something you want to see when you spend$755 on 1 pair!...I didnt want to go through the Hassle of returning them...If they are Shady enough not to send me New boots,I would imagine the return process wasnt going to go smoothly....I wont be spending any money at Boot Barn and all their companies they bought out!

The website wont let me review the specific product, so Ill post here. I bought the Justin Smooth Ostrich Roper, first pair had an issue with the insole, the online return went fine, and the second pair was fine for a week, now they make an annoying squeaking noise when I walk. Ive narrowed it down to the insole, must be poor craftsmanship in that area of the boot. Hopefully a shoe repair shop can fix them, but add the cost to the purchase price, plus the hassle, and theyre no longer a value. Not sure if its a Boot Barn issue or Justin issue, either way, Ill look elsewhere next time.

Theres a HUGE selection of boots to fit almost any need you could think of! Theres beautiful accessories to go with almost every style of boot which makes this an AWESOME place for an outift without having to go to a million stores. The customer service is great and Ive never had a bad experience coming here.

I know not every boot barn is the same but the management and employees at the IN location are very rude and yelled at my kids. They werent misbehaving. They were just being kids. That plus the attitude towards me purchasing a pair of boots for the first time was annoying and left me feeling irritated. I recommend changing the staff. The boot barn in Texarcana was awesome and the staff were totally nice and helpful. Wish I gave them the commission and not the staff in IN.

The customer service in this place is never any good. The gentleman that worked there didnt want to help get shirts down that were out of reach saying that there are no XL shirts up at the top racks which is BS. Every time i go in there no one ever wants to help you. Every boot barn is great except this one.

Never buying from online again. Purchased a pair of boots that was supposed to ship next day. Its been almost a week And they still have not shipped.

Ive ordered items online from bootbarn twice now and each time has been a headache. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but now its apparent that they have a real disregard for customers satisfaction. Theyre real quick to take your money from your bank account though.
