She provided estimates and followed through to delivery even afterwards. Paige provided recommendations on pulls and knobs. My husband and I were planning to remodel our master bathroom and needed cabinets and countertops. I found SCW while searching for a local business that sells Waypoint cabinets. I can’t say enough nice things about Paige. She is friendly and very focused on good customer service. She patiently answered my questions, but never tried to pressure me or “up sell” me. She shared her product knowledge with me, but respectfully deferred to my personal design choices. Would absolutely use Paige again! Call her. You will be glad you did!

Started off fine, but they do not support the product they rep. Refused to look at the install. Basically said it was my problem and I need to contact the manufacturer. Job has been done for several weeks and they have not even bothered to follow up or ask to see the finish product. Go anywhere but here.

Paige Han was very accommodating and helpful with her suggestions. She made a promise to have the cabinets I ordered delivered on a certain date and because I was traveling the previous week and would be again the following week it was very important that they arrive on time. This was due to the installer for the cabinets, then the countertop installer, and finally the plumber all being lined up in a timely way. Anyway, the work is complete, the kitchen looks 10 times better than before, and I appreciate working with Paige and would most certainly recommend SCW to anyone
