The worse Red Mango I’ve ever been to. Who doesn’t have the supplies to make the advertised items. Extremely disappointed that they could not make an açaí bowl.

Literally just left this red mango and worst customer service from both of the girls working. I asked if they had more strawberry Boba and the girl working the register just said I dont think so rolled her eyes and went back to her conversation that she was having with her coworker couldnt even be bother to actually check. Once she cashed us out she didnt even bother actually telling us our total and just kept murmuring stuff to the other girl that was their if they dont like their job they shouldnt be working.

Ever since they got rid of the old staff everything was super excellent the Staff Ester really know how to make a really good smoothies to perfection and the best part is I can do my own toppings on my yogurt ice cream as seen on mi picture!!

A very expensive and disappointing experience. The frozen yogurt is watered down so much that there is ice crystals making it crunch. You’re eating ice flavoured milk. It’s disgusting. We bought 3 different flavours and all of them had the same treatment. Avoid this place.

Server had her long hair down which was off putting considering she was serving food.

None of the frozen yogurt machines worked. Only chocolate and vanilla. The lady was not friendly at all she was on her phone the whole time.

Great place to get yourself a healthy and refreshing smoothie.

Frozen yogurt, speciality bowls with fruits and frozen dessert, malts/shakes and other cool comfort foods self serve or custom made offer a respite to busy shoppers all around. The staff is helpful with suggestions and ideas. Priced on a bit high side, however. It is easy to indulge.

Just wasted $20 on two bowls of açaí. To better describe it, two bowls of flavorless ice water with some granola on top. Absolutely terrible. I cant even finish it and ashamed to say that both bowls are going straight into the garbage can.

Very Disappointed in the service.You have to get the attention of the employees, and on top of that they’re very Unwelcoming. This girl, by the name Alexander gave me dirty looks as I left. Due to the fact that I didn’t tip her. Lastly I didn’t have a smoothie, but I witnessed them cutting off only the rotten parts of fruits. I’d hate to order one, if that’s what’s in my smoothie- disgusting.

This place ruined a good day at the mall for us ( on one group members Birthday ) We got in line, placed our order... Waited 38 minutes, asked 4 times where are two drinks are .. they kept saying we are working on them, its busy we will have them soon... 38 minutes later my fiance asked now why no drinks? They then handed us ONE WARM drink... We ordered TWO COLD drinks (detox juices) I then had enough and demanded my money back to which the cashier was rude about and made us feel as though it was us being the problem... I highly recommend you all avoid this awful place... Horrible treatment and staff!!!!!

B really couldnt give me 4 sample cups, two for me, two for my kid. I would have probably spent around $15-20 but since youre a rude angry young lady, Ill go to Suzy swirl. Your flavors never change and youre always missing some.

The drink was taste and they gave me a second cup so I could split the drink with 2 kids.

The young girl that works there dont know what shes doing and got my order wrong

The customer service is absolutely horrible here. I was there this past weekend and asking for a few sampling cups got you a nasty look and only 1. Person at the register also was playing on her phone the entire time so whenever she had to tend to a customer she was ticked off. The cold brew I ordered was just regular hot coffee poured into the clear plastic cup with ice. I overheard the barrista quietly telling the cashier this shortly after i ordered. Also the bottom of the cup was bowed outwards from the hot coffee so it wouldnt stand and the ice melted extremely quickly.TL;DR - horrible customer service by employees who dont care. Horrible coffee also made by those same employees. Need training and better oversight.

This is not the first time i had a bad experience. There were literally 2 flavors available the toppings felt old and stale.

Like the yogurt Im a rewards member but you are Never asked if you are a Rewards member .
