Had to downgrade my review. The showroom and sales experience was great, then the experience goes downhill. First the door takes over 4 weeks to come in, then they come to install it and it was measure wrong. I wait another 2 weeks. The door is put in and looks great, but water is streaming out from under the door. The curb was set tilted into the room; did it settle; was it installed wrong? Not sure. But the service guy says you have 2 options, take the curb out and we have to take down the door and reinstall both, or put in a dome. I wasnt sure how I would like the look of it. To that he says look Im just trying to fix the problem. My response was I just spent 16k remodeling and Id like it to look nice. He just shrugs. I understand hes just an installer, but a little understanding at my frustration wouldnt have killed him.
Waukegan Gurnee Glass is a great company that understand the need of the customer. While the name says Glass, they do much more than that, including making of screens and re-screening.

The people at Waukegan / Gurnee Glass have been incredibly professional, polite, and helpful! From the very start the people I have worked with have been very prompt to respond to me. The person that came to measure for the glass enclosure was a really nice guy and provided some very helpful insight that needed to be addressed in order for the glass to be installed correctly. He caught an error that my tile guy made that couldve compromised the integrity of the glass wall saving me from issues in the future. My salesperson has been a pleasure to work with while remaining refreshingly honest & professional throughout the entire process. Lastly, the price quote I was given was incredibly fair! I have nothing but great things to say about the company and their people overall.
