I was in the mall shopping and picked up three hats.One of them was green with the NBA logo in front. When I got at home I realized the green one was a Milwaukee bucks hat and said Milwaukee on the back I’m from Chicago no offense but I won’t represent Milwaukee. When I brought the hat back to return it and explain to him I did not know it said Milwaukee on it he seem to get upset and claim that I have worn it and there was sweat on the band it was the fat kid then he went to his muscle brain manager and they both said they were sweat on the band which I never wore this hat so I took it to the lids and Wood Field and they exchange it for a hat I was comfortable with no problem I would never recommend going to this location.

The lids embroidery was terrible, they messed up on my hat 3 times and the assistant manger was straight garbage. I would not recommend get your hat done here! Didnt even wont to refund me my money, had to call corporate on him.

I do not suggest ordering anythin from this Lids, their employees are shady. Called about an order and was told my wife was called and she came in and picked up the hat, ofcourse she had not and was never called about any order being ready, she went in and complained, they showed her “her signature” which was all scribbles. Had to call customer service because they could or would not help us. So they either help steal or steal orders themselves!
