Ive been having ear pain and tinnitus for a while, and everyone was incredibly kind and supportive even when the COVID-19 situation was making appointments difficult. They kept in touch with me and when they opened back up, they called me quickly to get me an appointment. Julie worked with me to extract some earwax impaction with a gentle touch, and gave me a thorough examination and test. She was pleasant, funny, and very attentive during the entire time I was there. And she sat down with me after everything and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Hearing Associates for hearing related needs and checkups!

Everything about this experience was great. I had issues hearing and managed to get a same day appointment! It turns out my ears were pretty waxed up, but they were no match for Dr Kneip. She was very personable and patient with me, while she answered all of my questions. I’ve been telling everyone about my experience. I can hear better than ever and feel like a new man!

I am a 60 year old woman with a mild to moderate hearing loss. I was very impressed with how well the staff and doctors at Hearing Associates worked together and provided outstanding service. I have been to other Audiologists and none were as thorough as Hearing Associates. The medical background questions asked helped pinpoint issues I had, that other Audiologists had not inquired about. The testing was done in a comfortable environment and the decision to purchase hearing aids was based on my specific needs, and they were adjusted accordingly, with my personal preferences. The Audiologist took her time to give me exactly what I wanted and needed. I chose to add the Looping System (which I highly recommend) to my hearing aids, and now it is so wonderful to go to church and the theater and actually hear clearly what is being said. I highly recommending Hearing Associates to anyone who has the need for hearing improvement. Life is great again!

I have been wearing hearing aids for nearly 40. Hearing Associates have been my first choice for my hearing aid needs. Over these many years they have been there for me and treat me like part of the family, not just as a customer. When the newest technology became available in the CIC style I have used nothing else for the last 20 years. Without a doubt, these CIC aids have been the absolute best.The fit is extraordinary with zero leakage and no “whistling“or feedback. The feedback suppression works very well and even when using headphones.Noise suppression is excellent when in noisy environments like at restaurants.Sounds that I have not been hearing are now clearly audible. Music sounds very good and I hear in a wider frequency range.As s singer, it has been a totally new experience. I hear myself better, which helps me maintain proper pitch.Use on the telephone (which is a very important to my work) is excellent.I really like the fact there are no program buttons to push, they totally automatic.Hearing Associates have continued to fit me with only the best and with a warranty an customer service bar none. Love the battery program and the assistance the staff provide me, especially during the visits not requiring a Doctor.You are the best, thank you for that you do.Carl

Ive always been a people person my entire life. I cherish learning about others and listening to their stories of who they are and how significant experiences influenced them. However, increasingly I asked everyone to speak up, including asking the women and my grand-kids in my family to speak in a lower register so I could hear. Bottom Line: my hearing aids allowed me to reengage with the world and connect with people once again. Others are thrilled for me, as well. I only have two regrets; (1) I didnt do this 10 years ago, and (2) that I didnt go to the pros at Hearing Associates sooner. Instead of constantly asking, Eh? I recommend that you say instead take me to Hearing Associates!

I have been with Hearing Associates for over 2 years now. If there is any problem with my hearing aids, they get me right in. It’s not a problem for them. Though my husbands loss of hearing was obvious to him, he seemed to think the rest of us hadnt noticed. Being a proud person, getting him to Hearing Associates, Inc. was not easy! Dr. Gerard seemed to quickly sense his hesitancy and gently walked him through the tests and diagnosis in a very professional manner. There was no pressure! He was assured the final decision would be his alone. He has purchased the hearing aids. Weve attended the wonderful and thorough classes which are a must!! I have gone to other doctors of audiology and I have found hearing associates to be the BEST. The office staff is professional, friendly and always greets you with a smile., I cant rave about them enough. Hats off to Alexis and Sarah, And Deb is the ultimate in answering questions and getting you in fast. After years of a severe hearing loss and many frustrated days Dr. Julie Kneip has given me the gift of hearing again. I can now hear the music on the radio and watch TV without closed captioning. Others have told me I have a problem and to live with it. Dr. Kneip tested me thoroughly and had me hearing from the first visit. I dont feel embarrassed or hesitate to join a conversation. She is knowledgeable and does whatever it takes to get you the results you need to live a happy hearing life!!!
