Very busy place and some dresses that my daughter tried on were damaged. Not really high quality fabrics.
I dont like going to many places in the mall but Windsor is definitely one Im sure to visit every time, staff if very helpful and so is management. They work hard to keep it cleaned up and are always very welcoming. Thank you Gurnee staff keep it up :D
I had a decent experience with the customer service at this location, contrary to other reviews. The staff members were very accommodating, as Id recently had my wisdom teeth removed so it was difficult to speak.Also, compared to the other Windsors that Ive been to, this location is stunning.
They always have beautiful clothing. And today I found a prom dress that fits me... lol!
Somewhat expensive depending where you look in the store but definitely worth the price tag. Beautiful dresses!! I literally got all my senior graduation and prom dresses from here.

Ive bought every special occaison dress at this store. Id never had a problem until I bought a prom dress for this year-- the sensor was left on the dress after my purchase. It wasnt noticed until I got home and tried it on a second time. I live almost an hour away and this is the closest Windsor to my home, so I had to wait a couple weeks to return and get the sensor off. My father took it for me, and when he arrived with the dress AND WITH A RECEIPT he was told he had to stand and wait for the manager until she arrived to work. He waited a good while for her, and once she got there she still gave him a hassle. Finally they took the sensor off but it took an argument and a long wait for a mistake that WE didnt make.
Came here with my daughter for a prom dress really polite service and my loved the dresses there.
