I went in the store today looking to buy a Recliner. The lady working was very rude didnt offer any help at all.she acted as tho she couldnt be bothered. And she acted as tho Im some poor person off the streets.so I left went to matthis brothers and spent 800.00 on a nice Recliner. Dont wast your time with this store
No one offered help or ever greeted you. Will not return !

Horrible customer service in my opinion. I waited several days past when the mattress was supposed to be in the store for pickup. They would not return my phone calls to see when I could pick it up. I was then called called and told it would be delivered and to be home from 12:30 to 2:30. I spent several hours off work since they said my 15 year old son could not sign for it, it had to be someone over 18. After several hours of waiting and calling around after they didnt show up, I was told it was delivered to the Guthrie store early that morning. Since I live out of town, I asked for a refund since I had already missed work to wait for the delivery and couldnt drive all the way to Guthrie. Due to company policy, they dont even do refunds until Fridays and then it takes a few days to get the money back after they process the refund. Odd... they were able to take money out of my account the day I ordered it without any problems. Since I already got my old mattress removed since my new one was being delivered, I have to go try to buy a new one locally so I have a bed tonight and just wait on a refund whenever they decide to give it to me based on their self serving policy. First time shopping with Galleria, and I will not repeat that mistake again.
Not crowded and very friendly staff
It started out a little rocky but ended up quite well. I ended up probably buying 6 to 7 accessories from them they are very busy and sometimes you have to wait. Just make sure that you are certain of what you want when you buy their accessories because there is a 25% restocking fee. Again this is the Galleria Outlet in Guthrie.
I went to Galleria with a specific vision for a new sectional couch in mind, and they had one that fit my needs and my budget perfectly, but it didnt have an ottoman. We looked around the store and found an ottoman from another couch that we loved, also priced well, and it had matching accent pillows. The salesman helped us move the ottoman and pillows to the couch we were going to buy and it looked great all together, but he said he couldnt sell us the pillows. The ottoman was a contrast color and pattern to the couch and needed the pillows to make it all look like a set. i wasnt asking for the pillows to be free, i just wanted to buy them along with the ottoman and couch, but he refused. so we drove to Ashley Homestore and bought one that had the ottoman and pillows included. I was disappointed that he let something as small as pillows ruin the sale, but oh well. otherwise, we were happy with the service and selection, and the furniture protection plan includes pet damage, so that would have been nice.
Was looking at buying a table for $249 wanted to wait for the 20% day they were going to have. They hiked the price on the table to $399. I knew there was no sale that day. Raise the prices and then say its 20 percent off. I didnt buy anything. The worker said that was the sale for last month. Take my business else where
They had a wide selection but it was about the same price and quality as youd get at Big Lots.
My children and I were parked behind the store waiting for a prescription from wall greens which was supposed to take about 10 minutes. The supposed owner came behind the store and told us we could not be there for no apparent reason. All these reviews look good but that’s only if you are spending money at the store. If you are not buying furniture from these folks they aren’t so kind or helpful. I will never spend 1 dollar in this store because bottom line the owner was wrong for telling us we could not be on his property. I give the store - 5 stars and sir you are just a bully. I hope karma treats you and your business the way you treat people when they are not spending money in your store.
My Mothers remote controlled recliner broke this week. She is in a local nursing home and was having great difficulty getting comfortable in her now broken chair. She has severe arthritis and is unable to operate a manual recliner on her own. I walked into Galleria furniture not sure what I would find and to my surprise they had several to choose from. But they were all to big as my Mother is a small woman. Taylor at the store called one of their other stores and found the perfect chair for my Mother! It was delivered and set up for her the next morning! And it cost less than the one I bought for her six years ago! She is elated! Galleria Furniture did a super job for us and I would highly recommend them!
I ordered my stove 6 weeks ago, every week I was told it was going to be delivered that Saturday and even had a scheduled delivery time. Within a short time of finding out that I was getting my stove they would call me and tell me it didn’t get put on the truck in Dallas...when I finally got a delivery, it wasn’t the one I ordered. They told me they would be here on Sunday to pick up the wrong stove then jake told me there was a misunderstanding and it would be Monday when I got upset jake told me I needed to calm down and stop making a fool out of myself. I’m still fighting this, I will update when they finally get me taken of. If you need to deal with anyone, deal with Taylor and not Jake.
Great prices an staff. We found a perfect sectional for our livingroom.
