Just bought my most recent car here on 8/17/21.Let me start off by saying they did a great job on the finance part, Bill Knight couldnt hold a candle to them. However, Chris is not the person to deal with, everyone did their duties and beyond to satisfy us except Christopher Brinkley, he set up an appointment with us (Very clear on the time and date with multiple affirmations) only to leave before we arrived. He also assured us the car we were purchasing would be transferred to the Guthrie location that day or the next day, even after we bought the car sight unseen even, they couldnt set up a time to get the car from the location we bought it from, forcing us to drive 2 hours to the other location, just to pick up the car we bought. Work on your people skills. If you go here, ask for anybody but Christopher Brinkley.

Best buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought 5 vehicles in the last 8 years and this blows them all away. You don’t get bombarded, you don’t have to give your name and info and fill out paperwork just to see the prices or check out vehicles. Simple how it should be. Walked in said can I see that truck and that was it. Went to a few other places and they want you to fill out all your information before you can even just check out the inventory so they can Harass you after. John Vance dodge is the place to go. In and out in 1 hour. Faster paperwork Ever. Definitely will go back

I decided to try John Vance service department after taking my BlackWidow Tahoe to a dealer in Stillwater twice & Chandler once. They were the only ones to actually diagnose and fix the problem. My Service Stabilitrak has been coming on & off for the past 6-9 months. The service dept was knowledgeable enough to figure out because of the lift and big tires it rubbed my rear speed sensor line and brake line almost in two. They made a bracket & rerouted the lines so hopefully this won’t happen again. My car was in at 10 and ready to be picked up around 3:00pm same day. Highly recommend. We will be taking our vehicles there from here on. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Its like they do not want do do anything. They do not call back when you try to schedule service. Nobody has any answers or information. Do not expect to get any service at all at this place. Would not recommend even for an oil change.

After $4,800 in repairs, a little over three weeks, and as many visits to the dealership, I am finally going back to work. Lost time cost more than the repair at this point. Very dissatisfied. The van does seem to be working correctly as of this review, we will see what the future holds.

After being told that we needed an expensive repair by our dealer in Texas Gabe found that nothing was wrong with the car. His honesty was greatly appreciated. We would recommend Jeep service at Vance Motors to anyone in need.

I called them twice last week and told them what was wrong with my car they told me to come in so they could look at it. After an hour drive there they told me they couldnt do anything because the check engine light wasnt on. They didnt take my information down or even try to drive it. All they did was check the oil and tell me to get better gas. I went to another shop and they replaced my spark plugs and my car was good as new after that.

It was an absolute pleasure buying our vehicle at John Vance Auto Group in Guthrie! Our salesman, Jason, the sales manager, and finance person were all very pleasant and made our buying experience a very good one. We would highly recommend buying your next vehicle with this dealership.

Just purchased a brand new 2021 Ford F-150 from Vance Country Ford. The entire process went fantastic from start to finish. A special thanks to our incredible salesperson, Diana Martinez. Purchased new Chevy Silverado from them last summer. It was no drama experience. Taking the truck back for service has been easy also. They provided a loaner vehicle they did schedule and factory maintenance. Always friendly and on schedule.12/20 got a check engine light that stayed on except for one morning out of about 3 days. Got an appointment for Wednesday on Monday to bring diesel truck in for the problem. I arrived about 45 minutes early and they had a ride to take me back home, no wait. In the afternoon received a call vehicle was ready. And a van would come pick me up. The problem turned out to be cured by a software update. Seems to be about the calibration of the glow plugs. Any-way, covered by maintenance and I was back on the road. Van drivers were friendly, wore masks, service department wore masks and very friendly.

Service DepartmentI took my diesel in to get looked at. Check engine light was on because it was running too cold and I had recalls to get fixed. They told me it was probably low on coolant. I told them my truck has always had a light come on when its low and I havent seen any coolant on the ground or smell it from my truck. I replaced top radiator hose in July because it was leaking so I know what that looks and smells like. After the looked it over they told me that radiator hose had a cut in it and thats why it was low on coolant. I didnt believe them but they are the mechanics not me. They call me say everything is fixed and no check engine light on (I assume the reset with their computer and it didnt go off on its own) . 1 day later the check engine is light back on for the exact same reason I just spent $500 to get fixed.I replaced the thermostat myself and now my truck warms up. That is what I told the mechanic was wrong with it. The gasket has holes in it so the coolant just kept leaking by.

I drove a six hour round-trip and was not disappointed. The most smooth and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience that I have had. They took the time to search and find exactly what I needed. New interior even offered and chosen to my desire. Above and beyond my expectations were met!!! Thank you all. You are a great team.

The most outstanding customer service experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. So good, in fact, that we bought 2. If you want to be robbed come to this dealer. Back in June I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer, the manager told me that they had the best cars that they did not sell rentals or cars that has been un accidents, but guess what about 3 months ago. I ran a carfax and it appeared that it was from a car rental company and its been wrecked. I highly recommend to run a carfax before you buy a car here.

Jacked price up ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS! Country ford listed an 18 Ram DRW laramie on their website on Dec 18th or 19th for $56k and some change. Drove out there on the 21st (my day off) to check it out. Sales associate and I looked around for almost 45 mins, was told the previous owner still had personal belongings in it so it couldnt be shown. Had a conversation with the manager asking why its listed FOR SALE if its not available FOR SALE. Manager acted as though there is no problem with this. To be fair the sales associate was very conciliatory and offered to bring it to me to show another day. But find out now that its ready they have jacked the price up ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE THAN IT WAS, now $68k! I wouldnt do business with em

In June I drove 6 1/2 hours from Nebraska to buy a car from this dealership. It was an absolute disaster where it became a nightmare for over two months. It started of with my financing that got messed up due to an error on part of this dealrship, secondly the inconvenience caused. I had to requested temporary 30 day tags three times to keep myself in compliance as I had no correct paperwork to register my car in the state where I am now.I bought the car and any dealership would atleast give you a full gas ot tank to get you on the road, in my case it was empty and the first thing getting out of dealership was o fill up the gas to make my long trip back to Nebraska. Secondly I had to make phone calls to my appoved lender to investigate and then get the information corrcted with this dealership. By the time this dealership submitted the paperwork my offer from my lender had expired so I had to redo the application. Due to lure me into getting a better interest rate from theirlenders they ran my credit through several banks making a dent into my credit report so when I went back to my original approved lender they ended up giving me a 3% higher interest rate than originally offered.Then when I went to register my car in my state they asked me for over $1500 in taxes to which I wasnt aware that John Vance Group neither informed me or discussed taxes with me and I thought the total financed price I was giving them included taxes it. Anyway sitting at the local MVA I called this dealership to which they suggested they will send me a check for $1500 which was basically a shut up money. and yes they did send me a check for $1500 at the end but I am still stuck with a messed up credit and higher interest rate because of the errors committed by this dealership.I will never again do business with this dealership and I recommend everyone to check everything and question everything before you walk out of this office.Unhappy and unsatisfied customer

I had a great experience buying my new car. I was wanting to trade in my truck that I had purchased at Vance 5 years ago. I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Clayton really was a great help. I drove the Ford Escape and the smaller Ranger truck. He was very knowledgable about both vehicles and that helped me a great deal in making my choice. After my purchase he also went over everything about my new Escape and help me get everything set up well so that I could enjoy it right away!

5th damper door. In 4 years. Service writer will tell you anything but the truth.Its defective in design and Ford knows it.I get tires rotated and oil changed here. Always get 5 tire rotation. Two times they only rotated 4 tires. 1 time they let air out of tires so low pressure light would come on when weather turned cold.Vance is only here to take your money. Think twice before doing business here.

The sales staff has always been respectful and helpful (especially at the last minute when I needed a replacement for a teenager’s car). The service staff always goes out of their way to help (like at 7:30 am when I had a flat tire the day before a holiday). The finance department works every bank to find you the best rate. Overall, I can’t say enough about how great everyone is at this dealership. I have now bought everyone in my household a car from here....and thankfully, I am done buying cars (for now!) but I will come back when I need my next one.
