The place looks well stocked. A variety of almost anything you would need on the go.The restrooms could use some cleaning, but for sure just like any other business around its hard to find any help.The young lady at the register seemed nice and willing to help.Prices are a little too high especially for the fountain drinks. Priced at $2 for a large drink is not what you expect to pay at a gas station.The gentleman at the register seemed like he was having a bad day. Good luck trying to squeeze a smile out of him.Overall, the place looked okay. Price of Gas was a little more than what I pay at Oklahoma city. I guess that is understandable since the store is located on the side of the highway.Please like and follow for more honest reviews.Thank you so much!

Love going into travel centers from the knifes to semi parts to purses just love it

It is time to stop for some diesel and so we find ourselves at Guthrie Travel Center, or as my husband calls it Velaros. There is also a Golden Chick eatery inside, but it is temporarily shut down due to remodeling.We werent here too long to check everything out, but what we did see was a little strange for a gas station. First off, I was running not walking to the restroom cause...you know this girl had to go! The restroom didnt smell bad, but there were wadded up paper towels on the counter, toilet paper on the floor and coming out of some of the stools. There was also a scale and a changing station in there. I couldnt get some of the faucets to work until I tried the very last one then BINGO we have a winner! Still not sure how I feel about those motion sensor things.By the time I came out, my husband had done fueled and was heading into the mens restroom, which he said was clean. I started looking around and taking pictures. Actually the store smelled clean. One of the employees was wiping down his counter, continuously spaying cleaner all over. I also saw the door to the Golden Chick that had been closed off with plastic hanging down from the ceiling, boards on the floor and with saw dust.Along with tons of fully stocked food, snacks and drinks was a corner filled with other products to purchase. Some of the items Ive never seen before in a truck stop. The first to catch my eye was the white heads, for just $10.99 you can buy wig holders here! They also have very warm looking parkas.. arent we about out of that season? There was also hats, sunglasses, purses, shirts, a kite on the wall that looks as though it didnt belong there along with the boxed up dolls at the top of the shelves holding the 2 lt. soda bottles and the wines.We didnt end up buying anything here except the fuel, though I do want to mention that other than the guy so focused on cleaning his counter, at the other counter near the entrance was a young man sitting that greeted us both when we came in and upon exiting. Hes kind of hidden where hes seated, but was friendly and smiling.. this has been an interesting stop.

I just stopped here with my 18 wheeler and was going to get fuel. I filled a clear container to just check it due to posts on trucker path. It was not good not really sure whats in the bottle brown particles and maybe some kind of thick gel. The brown round specks is probably mold and the gel is some kind of mold killer..maybe. Showed indian owner and looks like he knows about it. Drivers if you dont want a large repair bill maybe get fuel somewhere else. You have been warned.

Bathrooms are filthy. Snack variety is decent, but not in the best condition, e.g., protein bars in packages are all mauled. Did someone walk down the row and break them all in pieces? Or are they all old? Store layout is good, easy to find things.

Two stars because its okay if you need gas, soda, or beer. But judging from the previous reviews, they still havent cleaned the womens restroom. Its filthy, with trash on the floor, overflowing toilets, and poop-smeared stalls.

Ladies bathroom had 5 stalls only two worked. And one had no toilet paper. The trash INSIDE the stall was overflowing. AND the trash outside was too. I treid to talk to the two people at the register. Both of them interrupted me twice before I could finish my sentence. It was gross.

I feel really creeped out after a interaction with one of the staf. I dont want to go into detail but I am still super creeped out.

This place is aweful. Their customer service skills are non-existent, their equipment is broken and its surprising the health department hasnt shut them down! Dont stop here unless you intend to waste money pouring gass on the ground from their rundown pumps or if your in the mood for salmonella poisoning.

3 stalls in the womens restroom- the locks did not work. Had to handle and urinate at the same time. I brought it up to an employee and that person just looked down. Disgusting

The bathrooms looked like they had never been cleaned. The stall doors don’t latch and come open while you’re sitting on the toilets. Get it together, Guthrie Travel Stop! Gross!

The convenience of paying at the pump is not such a convenience if you need a receipt and have to go inside to get it. Also your restrooms, women’s restroom, is absolutely filthy. The inside of the doors on the stalls in the walls of the stall look like they haven’t been cleaned in six years, it looks like someone’s long I’m not even sure what to say on them. I told the man behind the counter that the restrooms were nasty and he just said OK. I won’t Pit stop here anymore

Watch the older man cashier, he tried to steal my winning lottery ticket, handed him several tickets to check, I heard the winner noise twice but he claimed only 1 ticket won, I pressed the issue pretty hard, asked for all my tickets back there was one missing, he finally, gave it up !!! Lottery commission will be hearing from me on Monday

Good price on gas

Denied me service cause I wanted to pay with 2 debit cards. I ask for the owners name and he said he didnt have a name. So I said Im making a big complaint on yall and to go back to their country they came from lol. I will be contacting the BBB on them and have them shut down

This place was filthy inside. No paper towels in the womens restroom. Merchandise prices very high also.

Stopped in to get a drink and it seemed liked it was a bother. He didnt greet us, didnt give us a total of the drink gave us our change back and said real short thanks. We will go to Loves from here on out.

Second highest charge Ive ever had for a drink refill. 1.79 (50oz). Cheaper to buy a 44oz fountain soda in their foam cup. Will not be stopping here in the future.

Best place to shop and fill around in that area .reliable and moderate prices even in the interstates.

I stopped in there on 12/23 to get snacks in our way home from OKC. They charged me once then claimed their machines weren’t working. After they shut down and restarted they made me pay again. The cashier said if it showed up on my account 2x’s to call them and they would credit me back. I waited for the charge to hard post to my account and saw that I had 2 charges. Called them and told them the situation. Esif answered the phone and told me he would NOT refund me that I can file a dispute. I told him I had proof that it came thru twice, he still argued that he would not refund me. I told him I would NEVER go to his store again, he said “that’s fine with me”. I got his fax # and sent the proof. He called me at work (the bank where the card is drawn off of) & told me he would go ahead and refund me he charge. I will still never return there. I will use the station across the street. His customer service sucked & he was rude. I advise you to not use this gas station!

This is a fairly good gas station and a decent place to fill up.

The guy stocking the beverages in the cooler obviously is sick hes coughing uncontrollably and not covering his mouth I told the supervisor and he told me he didnt care about the stocker coughing and not covering his mouth this guy needs to go home and get well instead of spreading his germs

Friendly people, I had the catfish which was surprisingly good, fuel prices are as good or better than most interstate stops

Valero was very clean, golden chicken however was some of the nastiest food Ive eaten. Would not recommend it to anyone.
