I was worried about my order due to some negative reviews. But I actually had a great experience. I’ve ordered my first order with their promo code, which helped me to save a significant chunk of money. And in terms of the delivery, I had no issue. I asked my ordered to be delivered the following day from 10AM to 11AM. They delivered by 10:20am and also left a text letting me know that they dropped it off to front desk. Smooth order. I would order from them again if they carry the bottles Im looking for.

A Colombian guy answered who was extremely rude and did not care at all about the situation. Which he hung up on me. Then I called again, a lady answered she was more helpful, but she said that I have to wait 20min more. After the 20min I called again and canceled the Order. I hate this situation. WORST SERVICE EVER

In this liquor store it is normal that they hang up the phone and you have to wait 2 or more hours for a delivery. A bad service

Then told me to come downstairs and get what I ordered? How is that delivery service that I’m paying extra money for? After I had to go down and carry all my stuff back up, I decided to call the store. Who first answered was someone who couldn’t understand a word I said. Then someone answered who was extremely rude and did not care at all about the situation. Which he said then hung up on me. Never go here ever!

River Road Wine is the best liquor store with the BEST service! Every order I place gets to me quickly and efficiently. Pricing is way better compared to other liquor stores. Don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to, so I can put all of you on!! Highly recommend. Oh and by the way, I usually order with the app, “River Road Wine”, I find it’s the easiest way to place my orders. 10/10

WORST customer service experience I have ever had even from the management. I placed an order through THEIR app service (not drizzly) the order took over two hours. I called twice to check on my order to be given fake delivery times because it never came. I finally asked for refund but was hung up on when asking about a receipt. Had to call back and got an attitude from the manager like i askeda stupid question for wanting proof of the refund after never getting it and ordering online.so many other places to buy wine from and they are over priced for what they carry.

I placed an order via Minibar at 9pm. I called the liquor store around 10pm and the gentleman who answered told me that my delivery should be here shortly. Sure enough, 15 min later I received my wine. The pricing was better than other liquor stores Ive purchased at. And the wine was cold. Most places where I buy this wine, dont have it refrigerated. I was very pleased with my experience.

I wish this store closes or be sold. The owner is the worst person ever. Should not own any type of business. He yelled at me for telling him he was being very rude. He yelled don’t come back! Ive been to this spot countless times due to the fact that its the closest spot to a good friend of mine. Almost every time I go there I see the same guy at the register. Hes an older man that I believe owns the place. Without fail this guy makes you feel(im not alone on this) like youre bothering him, his bottles arent priced either so when you ask him anything about prices his whole demeanor becomes off-putting. The prices arent very good and the selection is limited. The beers are the only thing worth entering the store for. Do not engage this guy if you have any inquiries. Youre better off walking a block and a half to the nearest liquor store.

Multiple issues ordering over something like 5 attempts. Massively late deliveries, choices not in stock, and the last straw was simply cancelling my order without notifying me. The only delivery place for booze in my area, and I will avoid it like the plague.
