Went through the drive up window. The attendant was on her personal cell phone. Throughout the entirety of our transaction, she did not lower it from her ear once. She did not greet us, we told her what we wanted, she brought our items, did not tell us the total, just took our cash. We requested another item, she immediately said they were out. We requested an alternative, she went to look, came back saying, ok babe into her phone, and said they were out of the alternative as well. Then stepped back from the window. Her behavior was beyond rude and unprofessional. Personal phone calls can sometimes be unavoidable, but to completely disregard the customer and not even pause the conversation is completely unacceptable.
Theyve got a crazy but really cool guy working the late nights here. Always concerned if everything is all right. In which it is. But for sure this gas station could use a lot of maintenance and cleanliness!
This store has improved significantly since Issac took over. The store is always very clean and well stocked.
One of the worst customer service . I went in there on 4/15/2015 at 9:40am and this woman ( the only cashier) was talking to her friend through the drive thru for about 10 mins talking about their plans for next weekend. she knew i was standing there along with some other pissed of customers. when she finally came up to me you could tell she was pissed of because she snatch the money from me and with a bad attitude she place the order to the pump .one of the rudest woman Ive ever met.

Employees rude and unprofessional
Just went there, the guy working there, Tyler Puryear, was very rude. Doesnt greet anyone, doesnt engage in conversation. He was very rude to the lady before us. I dont see how hes been working there since 2013.
