Usually, I wouldnt go to in n out because the line is always long. But on this particular day, line was short for the drive through. They had the order correct and freshly made. Now, Im craving to go back again. 😫

I go to in-and-out at least once a week. This time the drive-through was packed I was sitting on the street waiting just to get into the parking lot to order there was only one order taker out there I love in-and-out you take care of your employees you take care of your customers but you need to pay attention to getting another order taker out in the drive-through line

I had a double double animal style and it was perfect! Just make sure you eat the fries fast before they get cold!😂😅🤣

I appreciate In-N-Out for their consistent service and quality. Portions are always good, orders are always filled out correctly, everything is packed neatly.Lines are long during the peak hours but it moves relatively quickly. Be careful though, this location is tiny and drive through only. aEven a short drive through line will overflow into the street, it moves along fast enough.

Best In-N-Out ever!!! This was my local In-N-Out dating back to 1978. I know all In-N-Outs are the same food products but for some reason this one in Hacienda Heights always tasted the freshest! A not-so-fun fact is that back in the mid-to-late 70s, two CHP officers was having lunch in the outdoor seating area when a semi-truck that was exiting the westbound 60fwy at 7th Street ran into and blew through the guard rail, killing the two officers 🙏 . Chime in if you were from Hacienda Heights in that era and remember this event.

This In N Out is always busy, always. But its a great In N Out! Staff are amazing and hard working. They are on top of your order and always get it right. Quick bite would be good to say but unfortunately is not like that because its busy. Its a good thing.

In-N-Out sells itself, so theres not much I need to say to get others to give it a try.Prices are reasonable.Staff at this location are great.Only negative is the drive-thru, however, theyre always quick with the orders so Ill continue to visit this spot.

The #2 cheeseburger, grilled onions, no tomato, pink lemonade no ice with animal style fries is my go to meal at this place. My family and I love their entire menu.

The food was good but when I did my order, I spoke for a coke TWICE and they still didnt get my order right (had to tell them the third time). Plus my soft drink was very watery. Need to try harder IN-N-OUT . . .

Unfortunately i couldnt use the drive thru that day i visited because my van was too tall. I was told to order through the window, i did, but food took forever. Seems like theres more priority for the drive thru customers. I get it thru go by numbers but if theres a big line of cars and most of them have already ordered, it kinda sucks to wait until every car that ordered before you passes by to get their food until finally your number becomes next. Other than that God is always great no matter what In N Out i go to.

Great food, great staff. There are two drive thru lines, but sometimes theyre so long that cars go around the block. Its crazy. I mostly eat here late at night.

Great burgers. Lines can get very long depending on time of day. Drive thru is a bit faster as they take your order way before you get to the window.

We all know the ilIn-n-Out experience. Nothing much to say. Every location is a bit different and this one like most its always busy. The only drawback for the location would be how busy it gets and how cars hold up traffic on the Main Street.

Love their burgers!! Animal style fries are a hit too. This particular location has horribly long lines on the weekend. The drive thru line spills out onto the street and creates a pretty bad traffic bottleneck. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. This isnt the staffs fault as they are always working at a frantic pace and always with a smile on their face. This is a family favorite and we will continue coming here!!

I got a triple burger with cheese and a packet of spread with a order of animal fries o my goodness so delicious

One of the nicer locations in the area. Staff is friendly here so thats a plus. Parking and getting into the lot though for drive thru is a Gods damned nightmare though. Lunch and dinner rushes see the lines of cars backed up to the Dennys around the corner sometimes. Thats the only real negative about this place.

I almost ate a cheeseburger from In n out full of mold. This is the second time this has happened to me in this specific in n out! Every time I go to this in n out the food is always cold. The fact that my cheeseburger was full of mold is absolutely disgusting! It wasnt a little bit of mold it was a big chunk and it was at the top, so I know the workers saw it and still served it. Disgusting!

Staff was great! They were very polite and efficient. Ordered a double double with a whole grilled onion (which I think is the ONLY way to go) with some fries on the side. Burger was fan-tas-tic! Fries tasted a little soggy to me though. This branch has two drive-thru lanes which was much appreciated especially during a pandemic when more people get food to go rather than eating in.

My whole order was cold. Very disappointing been to many in-n-outs and this is the first time my order was cold my family and I were very disappointed. Will never come here again.

In-N-Out is a great place to get burgers. That is all they do. The only variation is the number of patties, the way it is cooked or removing some of the standard ingredients.This location is among the oldest, having been here 48 years. It does not have indoor dining, but there are tables under a covered patio, which is great on a nice day. I have eaten there quite often (almost weekly recently) and will continue to.

I had a small utility trailer and they tried to have me cancell my order and have everyone(7cars) back up to have me reverse out because they didnt think I would make a very spacious turn that I knew I could do I refused got my order and easily made the exit, but they made a big embarrassing issue of it.

We truly loved eating here, the cook Annette Zamarripa is the best. She cooks a burger as if it was for her delicious. When we want to get something to eat we always think of In-N-Out & how satisfied we will be with great service & great food.
