I needed a 1976 old poster framed and Frame Art was nearby, so I decided to give them a try. Im glad that I did! Theyve been kind and patient and their work is excellent! Diego was professional and gave suggestions from experts perspective. Natalia was very helpful and easy to reach out & communicate. A very important highlight I want to point out is they not only respect CDC guidelines and are doing even better. Each customer coming in the store will be provided free gloves, hand sanitizer and masks(if needed). By doing this, they make me, as a customer, feel safe and respected. I highly recommend this place!

I am new to the area so I found FrameArt on Google and it was the closest frame store to my house. I love when random meets fantastic. This place is excellent! You are greeted at the door with hand sanitizer, gloves, and an associate assist you ASAP. If you are lucky, you will be greeted by the sweetest little boy and his puppy. The best customer service! And my 2 oil paintings are beautiful in their new frame and wrapping. Great work! Great people! I would HIGHLY recommend :D

His product shows a strong attention to detail and every framing project is finely executed. The materials are extremely high quality and there is and abundance of choices. He adapts to a range of decorator styles when working with clients. Diego provides careful and thoughtful input for every single piece, and he executes the work on tight schedules without compromising quality. He is communicative and responsive. If there were six stars, I’d be giving them all.

Great job and reasonable prices. They came through on an emergency project.They fixed a frame that was dropped the same day. It was delicate gold leaf and 10 yrs old. The frame split apart and cracked at one corner. That restored it and it is now perfect again.

I had three things framed with mats for $38 each. I had a fourth print which he suggested a frame and two mats. Said he would email me the estimate, which he never did. When I go to pick it up he charges me $120 saying that he had to order the frame (which he never mentioned, since he suggested it). I feel ripped off.
