This is the third time that I have a problem here, the only one who helps you is the manager Brian, they are not attentive to their work and it is better not to pay for the self-checking machines they always give problems and when you have to request a refund they complicate it to the point that you better give them your money, I bought a prepared google card, the machine says it had an error, someone came to help and told me not everything is fine, I surprise the card did not work, I just asked to change it And it turns out that you cant 😑, everything is a problem, its the pharmacy that I have nearby, but I will never buy here again, I get tired of the trouble with my money, because it seems that they are giving you everything, you do not matter, This company only wants your money, they do not care about you as a customer, they are thieves, I do not recommend this place at all, the only one who is saved is the manager

Pretty much a typical CVS on mainstreet in downtown Hackensack. Decent free parking lot in the otherwise hard to find metered spots in the surrounding downtown area.

The nicest manager works at this store. I couldnt find what I hoped to find, and was about to give up and leave. When manager asked if I found what I was looking for. And of course got me what i was here for. Thanks a lot.

Pharmacy is great. Great service. Wish it was bit more organized but Its my go to place.

This review is for the pharmacy section only. Came here several times to resolve an issue with some missing medication and they were so kind to reach out to my doctor and insurance several times. Great staff, the pharm techs are very helpful. Thank you! Will be coming here again.

I’ve been more than 15 minutes on the phone, training to get an update of my aunt’s medicine, and a guy answered the phone and let me on hold showing a poor customer service. I’m still waiting and no one answer the phone

Clean and had what I needed

Im a long time customer of CVS. The manager (dont remember her name but she looked Indian) was rude and lied that the restroom is not working while the other member of the staff said its working but only the nanager can open it. To be honest 1st time in my life I had that experience in CVS.

Its nice they have self checkout.

Big pharmacy with almost everything you could need from a drugstore. It has a parking slot. Great customer service.They also have discount cards.

I only come here to fill my prescriptions. Store manager is super nice. The ppl who service the pharmacy are not the friendliest- with the exception of 1 or 2.

So embarrassing bought a Vanilla gift card to gift as present, result the Girl Name Valentina scanned totally different card and gave me another, my receipt shows one number and the card has other, called Vanilla and they said the card I have do not match the receipt, how is that possible, since claimed in store they dont return money but Vanilla stated the girl gave me a none activated gift card. People watch out there, you my get scanned as I did. I just lost my money. Just filled claim with Vanilla to investigate, has happened in store before. Too Bad. My money on the Garbage this way. Never ever buy gift card in this store. 🤬🤬

One of the cashiers that I do not remember the name but in my receipt has CSHR 0000012 when it is in the registry it is always charging more or double several products. Be careful, very dishonest.
