We had a control board serviced by a repair shop in Wisconsin who returned it to us. We chose Expedited Service to reinstall and lubricate our treadmill. John, the technician who did the service, arrived exactly on time and knew how to repair and maintain the equipment. He was courteous and gave us an update about how to efficiently use our equipment. Customer service is phenomenal at Expedited Service!!! My in-home treadmill finally needed a little TLC after 10 years. Steve guided me over the phone during Covid to order the correct part. Technician John arrived right on time and completed the install and maintenance within a half hour. John also shared his knowledge and gave great tips for keeping my Landice in top shape. Our treadmill stopped working just before Christmas. I initially called a company we had used 2 years before but their customer service was so bad I decided to bail on them and find someone else. So glad I did! Scheduling with Expedited was a breeze. Claudia was responsive and helpful and always returned calls in a timely fashion. The technician, John, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was clear and concise regarding what had caused the problem and the remediation that was required. We needed new parts and Steve spent several hours on the phone with the manufacturer on our behalf. John returned to make the repairs and I can honestly say that our 6 year old treadmill feels like new. I cannot say enough good things about Expedited Service.

On Tuesday, my wife and I took delivery of a NordicTrack S22i spin bike, and we were led to believe that we could easily assemble it ourselves with the aid of a company-supplied video and a slew of other assembly videos appearing on YouTube.In fact the 200 lb. machinery with all its component parts occupied the living room floor of our Manhattan apartment for 2 days while my wife and I struggled to begin the installation of the front stabilizer bar (essentially the front legs) of the bike - and we were unable to secure the 6 screws - 2 of which were in an awkward location and simply didn’t line up - with the Allen wrench supplied. My initial solution was to toss the whole lot from our 26th floor terrace. My wife elected to try herself and found no success lining up the screws.So I called NordicTrack and arranged for a technician to come to help us (paying in advance), but he or she was promise “within 10 days”The next morning I got into the Google weeds and found 2 bicycle shops in my UES neighborhood- that were both opening at noon - and then I saw a listing for Expedited Service, LLC which was open at 9:00am - and with a pile of heavy metal components taking up my living room floor, I was drawn to the word Expedired!I called Steve at Expedited and explained my situation. Steve COULDNT HAVE BEEN NICER! He took the time to review our situation and offered to help us locate a technician who could come to our apartment. Then he suggested a hack by turning the bike on its handle bars and attaching the stabilizer bar in a way to take the pressure off the stabilizer bar, making it easier to access and align the screws!Indeed he was right about his suggestion and today my wife and I are the proud owners of a NordicTrack bike. We cancelled the NordicTrack technician scheduled sometime in the future, got a credit for that advanced fee, and saved any cost associated with getting a techie to come to our apartment.In one word, Steve is a mench! He gave gracefully of his time. He didn’t have to. I am so impressed that there are still lovely people in the world! Do business with the people at Expedited Service!

Great people, great experience. My machine was bumping and squeaking on one side and sounding worse with each day. Steve was responsive to my initial emails and specific questions. Got an appointment quickly. John called and showed up at the start of the two-hour window. He completely restored the machine to a quiet, smooth revolution, and gave a full explanation of what was wrong, and what he did to fix it. He mentioned that the unit was originally put together not quite correctly, and that this might have exacerbated the issue. My unit was missing some washers, not absolutely needed for use, as per John, but best to have. I had a question about the washers after John left; I emailed Steve and asked that John call me whenever he had a chance, no rush. I got a call 5 minutes later. Later that day, Steve emailed me to tell me they ordered replacement washers for me. Really above and beyond. Do businesses really function this way these days? Amazing. Back to the visit...the machine was already used when I got it; John was honest about future possible issues, and what I could do to take care of them on my own. Really nice to have a company help you try to take care of it on your own instead of paying for another service call. Im not sure im up to the challenge to do these things myself, so if I need help down the road, I will happily use Expedited again.

John was very helpful with evaluating my current machine and offered very helpful advice about what my options were.

John was very honest and indicated that I should not spend any money on my 2003-4 treadmill, which I allowed to go unattended for many years. He checked the belt, listened to the motor and explained the multiple issues, and possible cost to repair. Time to get a new machine!

An overall great experience. The office was very responsive and was able to schedule an appointment for me right away. The technician arrived at my house during the time frame I was provided, which is normally rare in service companies as they are normally running late. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to repair my elliptical. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I found them on a site that helps with putting people together with businesses that can help them.well this time i was ripped off and i was lucky that i didnt take their (professional)advice .they misdiagnosed my 2 pieces of cardio equipment and told me that replacement parts would be around 800 to over 1,000. i waited and called my old service company and all that was needed was a $16 battery and a loose wire on the other unit.$213 for the service guy to come out and take 15 minutes to not do any proper testing and completely try to scam me for additional fees . good thing i didnt rush into it .DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A GRUDGE AGAINST YOUR MONEY.
