Hilti offers a line of professional quality tools and their store reflects that. No nonsense, no fluff. Excellent customer service and it looks like you can try out all the big boy tools if you want to. We were quite pleased with our purchase and were welcomed to the Hilti family.

Went in the store to buy a dx2 gun. Horrible experience. Employee charges me twice, cant find my purchases on the computer. So hes unable to refund my card. Then proceeds to tell me its the banks fault, call them only to find out they attempted to charge my card 6 times with only 2 going thru. Employee calls someone for help which leads no where. Other employee there wants nothing to do with it.I am now overdrawn on my account due to all this. Thanks.Do not reply with a generic customer support number. I would like to manager of this location to contact me. The employee took my info so you have it.

The guys working here are completely incompetent, they rung up a piece of equipment I was trying to purchase for work but we’re unable to give me a receipt so I could expense it I spent an extra half hour at the store and still no results.
