I have been dealing with them for many months, as we made a big purchase there. However, they have had numerous errors, we were provided misinformation, the staff has been completely disorganized, and they have been disrespectful and unprofessional in the process when we voiced our concerns. It has truly been a nightmare to work with them and huge regret. The sales staff is incompetent and gets your order wrong repeatedly, Etta the designer is too busy to acknowledge your existence and help with smaller items, once your bigger order is in. You have been warned, STAY AWAY! Theres a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Go to the Arhaus in Manhattan, or better yet go to Restoration Hardware, where they know how to service clients.
Worst service and not a reputable brand. Horrible communication and management is rude... When you call to get a status they just hang up... Nothing but frustrations with this company so far... I regret this order and the time I spent waiting for a product that still has not shown up after a few reschedules on the due date.Save yourself the headache and take your business to another place that cares about their customers and provides better service.
Id been wanting to buy Arhaus furniture for some time and was so excited when I purchased a set of Kipton sofas less than 2 years ago. To feel such disappointment today. The sitting cushions are already saggy and thinned out. The sofas have become very uncomfortable to sit on and look like they are over 4 years old. Ive taken good care of them and followed several of the recommended maintenance steps, but it hasnt made much of a difference. I called customer service for their help, but they only suggested I re-buy the cushions. It took 2 weeks to get this response, and only because I followed up a few times. While customer service was pleasant and mentioned they were short staffed, they shouldve tried sending a brief email a few days after my initial call/email. Arhaus prices dont mirror their service or quality. Now that I know better, I wont buy here again.Update to the above review.I had also posted this on Yelp. An Arhaus rep responded a few days later and recommended I call the concierge service again. I decided to give it another shot.They reviewed my case again and just called me back to inform me theyll replace my cushions. I appreciate it so much. Thank you Arhaus!!
Terrible quality for the price and lack of quality control. I purchased the Kipton sectional and Jaden rug and both items have issues:1) The Jaden Rug - I put the rug down and after a few days I noticed a discolored spot. I started to touch the discolored spot and as I was doing so it literally started to turn to dust and disintegrate between my fingers. Also, when I originally ordered the rug a $250 rug pad was added to the order without my knowledge (verging on illegal).2) The Kipton Sectional - After a few weeks of use one of the sectional back cushions is coming apart at the seams. Obviously I have serious concerns about the longevity and overall quality of the couch. Given the price I would have expected much higher quality.I honestly think I would have been better off getting furniture at Bobs. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!EDIT: Not sure why I am surprised based on some of reviews, but I emailed Arhaus at the email they suggested and have yet to hear back. They are quick to reply on social media but no actual follow through. I just reached out to their concierge directly. What a joke!

My wife added a review back in July and they requested we email them, that was a month ago and no response. She edited that post and still no reply, which has now sparked me to post about our experience. We ordered a sofa sectional via online in March. Due to COVID we couldn’t visit the actual store so It was designed by one of their online reps after we provided her with the measurements of our living room. We didn’t receive the sofa until late July. The world was at a standstill so we were very understanding. Unfortunately the design was poor and the sofa sectional isn’t very functional. Despite our living room being larger than most, we have to climb over each other to sit on the sofa. Not only did we get a poorly designed product, as you can see we also received matching customer service! Great job Arhaus and Social at Arhaus. Buyer Beware

This review is based on the poor service we received from this retailer. We purchased a sectional sofa online back in April and it didn’t arrive until July 24th. Due to the current pandemic we decided not to cancel out order despite being told it wouldn’t arrive until early June. A few weeks later early June turned to late July. My fiancé wanted the sofa so again we decided to deal with the inconvenience. Keep in mind due to the pandemic we had to buy this sofa online and it was designed by one of the Arhaus associates. Once the sofa arrived it wasn’t truly functional for our living room layout. We reached out to the sales associate who designed the furniture for us and it’s been almost 2 weeks and no response. When I spend my hard earned money on a product I expect not only a great product but great service. The product we received was decent but the service was to put it short has been awful! Chance of me spending another $ with this store is slim and none and I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone else shop with them!So they asked us to email them and we did so on August 5th and still no response. Not sure if you guys could get any worse.
This place has very unique pieces! Employees arent pushy. You can browse around without constantly being hounded by employees. Beautiful place!
High quality furniture and home furnishings. Super large store with two levels and a tremendous selection. Interesting and pleasing to the eye displays. With high quality and superior design also comes premium prices. Friendly, but low keyed staff.
This is a beautiful home furniture store, we loved just about everything in Arhaus. Employees are very friendly and informative. They really know their stuff. We will definitely buy our home furnishings from Arhaus

Review based on service not product: I recently purchased a sectional and kitchen table from the Paramus store. While the initial transaction went smoothly, everything thereafter has been a nightmare. Shipment of the sectional was delayed because no one called to complete our payment and we were unaware that scheduling the shipment was hindered by that until WE called the store to investigate. We were then given a delivery date to find out later (after we had arranged time off of work to receive the delivery) that the sectional would only be at the warehouse that day and we would have to arrange a different home delivery day. We have since received the sofa yet still wait for our table. Again, WE called the store last week to investigate. Low and behold the table has been in the store for days and no one called to set up delivery. They then suggested a delivery date two weeks later which is simply unacceptable. We have been awaiting a call with an update, AGAIN, and AGAIN we have not heard from anyone in days. Are we expected to go pick this up ourselves? Call every day until we can get some answers? The logistics of our order have been mishandled again and again. While the product may be beautiful, it is not worth the hassle and frustration due to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service we have received. At some point I will get the table I am anxiously waiting for, and I can promise you that will be the last time I deal with your store.

Wow! The Arhaus store in Hackensack New Jersey is very dishonest . They told me they will price match any Arhaus store if I find a better price only to find out that they misled me . I was promised calls back and they never call. They also tried to charge me more money then I agreed to pay .The customer service is terrible and would warn anybody from shopping in this store. Warning!!!! Stay far away from this store !!!!
