Spoke to the owner John, he offer me same day replacement of this glass. I on the other hand thought would take a few days due to size which wowed me, and he beat all prices. I will recommend this company to anyone that ask about glass. Also hiring this company to update my bathroom with shower glass doors too. See you guys soon John and team.

I had a very large picture window in my living room shattered and needed repair. I cannot say enough praise and positive comments about Hudson United Glass. The owner, John was accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. Donnie and Jason were pleasant, professional, and competent. They worked meticulously and expertly to remove the broken glass, repair the window, clean the window, and left it better than the original. They even removed the plastic sheeting and tape I place over the window. It’s so nice to do business with a company clearly focused on quality, service, and customer satisfaction! If you’re searching for a repair or new installation, look no further. John even gave me a discount on the job. Look, don’t focus on just price, you get what you pay for. The price was reasonable, not the highest and not the lowest. The service was awesome and I’ll not only use them again, I gave their business cards to my neighbors, too!10 stars!!

I have no problem saying that all the people who gave one star reviews are opportunists, or at the least, people who contributed to their own problem, and based on decades of experience with them, I side with John in his rebuttal. Ive known Hudson Glass my entire life, and just used their services to install shower doors and mirrors in my new home, including a very unique barn style shower door. They are competent, professional, clean, and focused on the task at hand, and always deliver a beautiful product. This is the problem with Google reviews - as helpful as they can be, they can also be a platform for people who type in all caps and air grievances that dont exist.

They were so incredibly helpful by replacing the glass of my dads front door. They came a little early, so before I even arrived to help, they had already made measurements and gone to cut the glass. So professional and so so nice both over the phone and in person! Would definitely recommend them to others.

AVOID! gave me the wrong size piece and refused to swap it for the right size. they reminded me that were all humans and wanted to correct the piece on their time not mine! My time is just as valuable as anyone else. I ended up fixing it myself. I only gave 2 stars because the other pieces are very nice. (UPDATE) Just to update, i received a reply that i never showed up for a date to fix the screens. I asked three times if the work could be done on the same day and there was no straight answer. I gave up at that point and did the fix myself.

Recently has a shower enclosure done by Hudson and it came out perfect. Workers were very knowledgable and friendly. I strongly recommend.

PLEASE stay away from this business. These people take your money and never show up. You have to keep calling to get an answer and if you do...they treat you really really rude...especially the supposedly supervisor MARIO!!!!

One of the BEST in the business. They do all kinds of glass & mirror work. Their prices were better than another estimate I had & the workmanship was PHENOMENAL!! ++ Nice people too! I have an older 19th century home with the original wood windows. As part of the restoration process, I am in the process of removing the windows to re-paint, re-hang, & replace glass that is cracked. This place is one of the few places that has access to restoration glass (reproduction poured glass that is wavy like Victorian era). John M. did a remarkable job to cut it to fit my windows & he putty / glazed it to secure the glass to the wood window frame. This is truly an old lost art form & John M. is highly skilled. Thus far we have done 2 windows & will be dropping off more this week. This is the only place I trust in the restoration of my windows. Great people, nice work space, & accessible parking. They promised good product & I received OUTSTANDING product. +++++

I cant warn anyone ENOUGH to stay away! Find absolutely anyone else to handle your window/door repairs. For the past THREE MONTHS, my landlord has attempted to schedule a time for this company to come repair a balcony door in my unit and every single time theyre a no-show. When called to inquire about when I could expect them to show up (given that I had TAKEN THE DAY OFF from work) we were consistently told just 20 more minutes! Only to have them never show up. Its outrageous that a company that is so poorly run is still in business.

I PURCHASED 2 GLASS TOPS OCTOBER 2015 - THEY CAME IN SCRATCHED AND I CALLED AND TOLD THEM. THEY CAME TO LOOK AT IT AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REPLACE THEM . I AM STILL WAITING. EVERYTIME THEY TELL ME THEY ARE COMING -THEY DO NOT SHOW UP. THE LAST TIME WAS NOVEMBER 11, 2017. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE THERE AT 8:30 AM - I CALLED AT 10:30 AM AND JOHN SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. JOHN CONSTANTLY TELLS ME A DATE AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP. I KNOW I AM NEVER GOING TO GET SATISFACTION FROM THEM BUT I AT LEAST HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL BE SEEN BY OTHERS AND THAT THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Never comes or return phone calls. Ive been waiting for a window for my hi-rise for 2 months. I tried again today and never got a return call. Very poor customer service.

Made an appointment for today waited hours but he never came or called back. This shows me he is not reliable. Therefore I will not do business with this company.

Best on what they do

Not a good experience, they replaced a patio window and left the door kickback unscrewed after removing it for installation, the installation itself was scheduled three times without anyone showing up or calling to cancel . It took two months to get it done when originally it was promised in three weeks . Not a professional way of running a business .

I have used them several times already they were time I come in there its a pleasure. Very friendly stuff all my pieces glass or mirrors always cut to science and/or any project i working on
