They saved my Birthday! My wife asked them to make something during this insane lock down and not only did they come through but did it in a big way. The food was so good I cant even explain. I couldnt wait to wake up the next day to have leftovers for breakfast haha. Totally nuts. You can really tell that whoever made everything really cares. Very good and extremely nice people. Thank you guys for making my birthday special!

Love their food. It’s so fresh! Had the focaccia bread with a salad, beans and quinoa. On the side enjoyed their homemade vegan tzatziki sauce with their bean chips. So light and yummy - can’t wait to go back.

So fresh, so good. My smoothie was perfect on the walk home. And then I had a sandwich for dinner. It was delicious! My friend and I also loved the soup as I had so much I shared with him. Fabulous. I will be returning.

My wife and I have loved this place since it opened under the name Blend Cups Organic. The food is always fresh, always delicious, and always healthy. We participate in their meal preparation program, and having delicious and filling lunches all week have helped me lose weight and get my A1C back into normal range!

This place is a great addition to the area. I love having a healthy and convenient option close by. I also really appreciate that they are conscientious about their environmental impact. They encourage you to bring your own bag and everything is packaged in compostable material. This is really important to me and I hope that well soon see many other businesses following suit. Other than that Ive found their food to be great! The veggie burger is a go-to lunch for me as are their smoothies and wraps.

Owner is a doll! This is a very nice place to go if you are conscious of what you eat or want to try healthy food that not only looks good but tastes good too!My friend gave birth at Hackensack University during Covid and as a new mom trying to breastfeed I wanted to send her a thoughtful yet helpful treat. I made the request to the owner and she took on the project to bake her up some breastfeeding cookies/baked goods. She delivered the baked goods to Hackensack Hospital and my friend loved the oatmeal cookies, blueberry muffins & PB muffins. This was such a treat to her and Im grateful that Planted Eats was able to accommodate my request. Thank you again and much success to you and your mission!Keep the world kind with your presence!

I normally bring my lunch due to the very few options near my workplace, so needless to say I was very excited to have a plant based eatery open up. I had the burrito, but while I didnt hate it, I was disappointed. The beans were hard and close to cold, the jackfruit was undercooked so was tough. A bit bland, but not horrible. I gave 3 stars because the place is cute and the girl was nice. I will give it another try, order something different since it has decent reviews. Im really hungry so I hope Im not disappointed.Update: Cob salad, looked pretty, unfortunately failed in flavor, v bacon was more like roasted coconut chips, theres so many alternatives that actually resemble the taste of bacon, watery egg salad (raw tofu). I tried. Lovely girl at the counter though. Its still nice to finally see more vegetarian & plant based options, so for that alone, I hope they do well (Ill just continue to bring my lunch)

No Stars had to pick at least one to post. I ordered the Tunacado (It says $8.95 on their website, but its actually $9.95) and the Inflammation Crusher pressed juice (it says sweet on their website, its definitely not sweet). This is the first time Ive ever been prompted to write a review on any restaurant (good or bad). However... That was the most disgusting food and beverage Ive ever had the displeasure to consume in my entire life. Im literally at my work desk feeling sick in my stomach. On top of that it was grossly overpriced. I honestly wanted to call for my $40 back (I also ordered a Buddha bowl and pressed juice for someone else and she was very displeased as well). I highly Do Not Recommend.

The food was so bad. No flavor! I was overwhelmed with dissatisfaction. The customer service was almost as bad. We got a bowl, sandwich and a salad. I thought to my self, never again a place like this!

Always Super great. I always feel positively different after eating hear. The str8 up deeelishhh. Their Budah bowl salad is phenomenal. The smoothies and the prepared foods identify great with the body. I am a vegan and can eat 98% of their foods and drinks. The owner and the employees are all super sweet and very knowledgable of the menu. They can really walk you through everything and help you to set up meals for the week. I will be going back as often as I can. Keep up the good work gals.Dr. Jarrett

This is hands down the BEST vegan cafe in all of New Jersey. Their attention to detail is outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend their delicious Zaatar Heaven Sandwich and Mexican Buddha Bowl - two of my favorite dishes. A lot of people don’t understand the value of eating organic. It’s about eating real, natural food, free from harmful pesticides and toxic chemicals. It’s honest. It’s pure. It’s healthy and delicious. Non-GMO is the way to go and this cafe really has the highest standards in the industry. They also have compostable packaging and utensils. Their bags are cute and re-usable which you can buy from them. They use glass bottles for their juices. They even have delicious alkaline water! Everyone knows a diet rich in alkaline food and drinks is very beneficial to the body. I really really love this place and highly recommend eating here. The whole family can benefit from these delicious, nutrient rich meals. They have a location in Wayne, NJ too. Thanks Elissa for creating these beautiful recipes and for giving us a peaceful, honest, organic place to eat!

Came to Planted Eats around lunch time to pick up some food to bring back home. I like the interior of Planted Eats - brightly lit with large windows and ample natural light. The girl working the cashier was nice, even though she got my order wrong hahah. There was a line of 3 health-conscious employees from the hospital down the block - the wait was around 20 minutes to get my salad and toast. I had originally ordered the Buddha Loves Bacon Buddha bowl ($12) & Sprouted Egg Bacon Cado Cobb salad bowl ($11), but received the Sprouted Egg Cado toast ($7) instead of the salad bowl when I checked my food order while in my Uber. The Sprouted Egg Cado toast wasnt my taste, but Im open to trying new foods. The vegan bacon item in my Buddha bowl tasted more like dried mushroom than meat. Im not vegan and dont have any gluten-free dietary restrictions, so the items that I ordered were definitely different than what Im used to.Planted Eats doesnt provide any bags for take-out or receipt print-outs because theyre environmentally friendly. However, they do sell reusable bags for $3 each. Bring your own bags for your food orders!
