This shop went above and beyond for my company. We were in a jam and needed same day service, the owner of the shop dropped what he was doing and personally drove to another shop to get more of the same material, to get us out the door. thanks so so so much A+++ service

I dont know anything about their craftsmanship as never got to that point.. Went there few weeks ago to see of they can make a bracket for my mailbox. Angus was very nice told me hell get back to me in few days with a quote. A week went by nothing. Called the shop. Was assured its coming. Few days later got a quote by email. Gave a go ahead . Was told will be ready in couple of days. Nothing. No communication. Another week.. Called them again Was told not ready will be ready in few days. At this point I was no longer interested. Terrible way to deal with customers. Will never recommend the shop. They need to remember to respect customers time and communicate effectively. Plainly unacceptable

The staff at the Metal Supermarket was great, helpful, and made our first trip there quick and easy. As a hobbyist, I USED to buy my metals at the Depot, never again!

I was pleasantly surprised about this metal shop. We drove 1.5 hr from upstate NY to get what we needed for our project. I called for a specific diamond plate and they ordered whit out asking for a deposit. Angus was terrific very helpful and very polite. I found the place very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who need metal. Thank you Angus !

Angus was extremely polite, he walked me through all the services offered, and helped me select the right materials for my projects on hand.At the time of writing this in house milling services were not available, but he was willing to connect me with another machine shop which I really appreciate. He was even willing to stay a little longer which saved my bacon, thats customer service!Ive attempted to contact other metal suppliers/shops and none of them were as focused on ensuring my project was finished and finished right. If youre looking for a customer focused knowledgeable supplier I couldnt recommend them more!I wouldnt go anywhere else.
