I have been buying automotive parts for many years from John & Michelle in Hackettstown NJ 1-800 radiator, no better customer service anywhere ever have i experienced, great quality parts, on time delivery friendly knowledgeable people when ordering parts these are dog friendly people when ever i come by to pick up parts with my dog. Wish all businesses were run like these people do !

If I could give a zero star review, I would. I electronically ordered a radiator assembly but received a condenser. No big deal. I called the branch and spoke to Michelle Mariani (who claims to be the franchise owner) and explained the situation. She told me that I ordered a condenser even after I forwarded her my original order showing that I did order a radiator. She told me that she already paid shipping once and if I wanted to return the incorrect part, I would have to pay shipping. She was rude and refused to help in any way. I hung up with her and called another branch. I spoke to a man named Dave who apologized for her behavior (even though he had absolutely nothing to do with the original mix up), sent a call tag to pick up the first order and sent a replacement. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. I will NEVER order from this location again.

Been using this facility for years. As one of the areas largest service centers in Mt.. Olive this vendor supplies all of our needs in a timely fashion
