Website is very confusing. I accidentally registered with them 3 times because their website kept glitching. I ended up calling multiple times trying to figure it out, and trying to get a refund. They said all three withdrawals were refunded, and I only got one. I called this morning trying to figure out what the problem was, and the gentleman was very rude and said Youre blocked from buying from this company again. Youre blocked and hung up on me.So if you want to deal with that, then sure. Go through their business.
Terrible customer service, a lot of restrictions and a lot of fees, I never come back, very disappointed, I spent less than one Mounth and I’m gave up. Terrible.
Do not use this car broker. I deactivated my account a month in advance and I never received my check in the mail. I emailed them multiple times asking questions about my check and they would not answer. I called a few weeks later and customer service told me that they did not mail my check after 3 weeks when all the paperwork was proper. I finally got Paypal involved and when I contacted AAA customer service again to try to deescalate the situation. The lady was very rude and hung up the phone saying she does not want to talk to me because I got Paypal involved and claimed that my check was mailed out a long time ago and that USPS lost my check. Overall do not use this company, all it will bring you is a headache and poor customer service.
Very unprofessional with customer service. Its been almost 3 weeks now and I still havent received my deposit yet. I tried reaching out to them via email but did not get any response. Spoke to a rep finally and he was really rude. He told me theyre having system issues and cant check anything until Monday. He later responded to my email and said check was mailed on Monday but I still havent received it yet Advice to management; ensure to treat customers with respect!!!

According your policy the deposit will be returned back in one week. I called to your office several times. First you told me the check will come with the documents. After two weeks Elena told me she will send me the check next day. Last week and this week Monday you said the check was sent but I didnt receive it yet. Please do your job.Finally. Thank you!
Do not make the same mistake I made by using these guys as my broker to bid on a copart auction. They deliberately drag their feet whenever they should forward your vehicle title to you and treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Very unprofessional and rude!!!

Communication can be somewhat lacking but they got the job done and got the important things done when I needed them to which is what matters. I just received my ownership documents today and all is well. They also returned the remainder of my security deposit without issue. I appreciate that they got in contact with COPART when they did not mail my title quickly. AAA Auto also processed my title and mailed it out quickly after they received it. This was my first auction purchase and it was scary, but I have everything I need to continue my project. Thank you AAA, I know these are uncertain times and I wish you the best.
Its been a wonderful experience since I came across them. Bought couple of cars with them and received the titles within two to three weeks and the cars arrived Nigeria on time. Their service is as if you are there handling it yourself. Especially in my country where 90℅ of everything online is believed to be fraud, the never disappointed. My only advice to them is to try and notify me anytime theres increment on service fees like Brooker fee, mailing fee and land transportation to enable me relate with my clients.Very good job. Keep it up.

They might take a little longer than expected to answer emails but as i was told by Elena there are a lot of customers so they get to everyone in the order they receive the emails. Poor customer service. Received dismissive and condescending emails, including replies in all caps. All over a simple issue. Maybe an employee was just having a bad day or maybe all this business cares about is getting your money. Not sure which but either way I dont recommend them.

I was about to purchase an RV through them but after reading the reviews here I have decided to take my business to a more honest company. And I would also like to thank the owner for replying to the reviews, with the attitude that you are writing in trying to justify your horrible service, you have confirmed my suspicions that if any issues had happened during a purchase, I would have had problems with the customer service if I would have been able to get in contact with them at all.

My wife bought a car over a month ago. She hasnt received a title. They keep lying that a repo title takes long. The temporary tag expired . we cant even legally drive it. I hadnt read the reviews before using them. I doubt we will get 400 deposit back.What cause of action can we take.This broker lies when we call themCopart already released title to themWhy are people like this still in businessWe cant even drive it coz we have nothing to show about the title being held. Terrible overall experience, this company is an absolute scam! Please do yourself a favour and do not consider purchasing cars from this company. I saw other comments that emphasized their excellent customer service, however based on my experience I can confirm this is completely untrue.I wil briefly outline my personal situation in the hopes that it never happens to anyone else.I called the main company line 3 times (every second week) to ask for a update on the status. Every time the line was answered by the same customer service rep who seemed irritated at being disturbed and having to address CUSTOMER needs. Completely unacceptable lack of courtesy and basic human politeness. The Customer Service was both unhelpful and rude.My father purchased a car in Ukraine and was unable to correspond with the organization himself because of his lack of English skills. He asked me(a Canadian Resident) as a favour to call the company to follow up. When I called to get an update on the vehicle (it has been a month and a half at this point) I was greeted by a manager named Selena who claimed in an irritated manner that she is unable to provide me with any information. The second time I called in, she responded in an hostile and aggressive manner as if I am pestering her, ignoring the fact I am a customer asking completely fair questions regarding a vehicle that had been paid for. Her rationale was that the vehicle was not purchased under my name. I was left without an answer and when I threatened to escalate the issues, Olena said do whatever you want. The fact that a person in a management role shows a severe lack of interpersonal skills and hostile attitudes, is further evidence this organization is completely incompetent from its customer service to middle management. My recommendation to the company would be to find another manager who has the ability to address customer issues/complaints.I have called this organization 10 times and had four conversations with customer service. On my third call, the customer service rep picked up the phone and immediately hung up. This is the truly the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My father also wrote numerous emails and got only one reply.My family has regretted from the very beginning to purchase a car from this company, and at this point my only hope is that NO ONE ever repeats the same mistake.They never returned the $400 upfront...TERRIBLE!!

Everything went fine till I tried to get vehicle inspected after I made all repairs to find out that i did not have the damage report that made it have a salvage witch is very important and needed to get inspection with out it they will not even look at it. I have requested the report from aaa but they just gave me a canned useless answer and will not help any more and hey they got there money so no skin off nose so here I am STILL working to get all the paper work on my own it has been over two and half months now and still no report in my hands as yet!!!!!!!!!
Was very pleased with the services they have provided for me, even though copart takes forever to mail out the tittle to them so they can change it to my name, was not pleased with copart kept calling them. Horrible customer service. I called to find more information on completing my purchase and I was very disappointed with the service I received. I had to called many times before I was able to reach someone. Once I did, the lady who answered my call was very rude, she was raising her voice and clearly had no intentions on helping but finishing the call.

I used this broker company for a Copart purchase. They sent me my log in information very fast. Everything went smoothly from paying to picking up the vehicle, I have already registered the car through my DMV 3 weeks after purchasing. They are quick to answer any questions. Would recommend over any other broker at Copart.
Frickin waste of money. I bought two cars from an auction with these guys as my broker. The first one I got a late payment charge from Copart because they sent the invoice 3 days late. I gave them a second chance since they already have my deposit and they did the same thing. Completely unresponsive after I wired them the payment. Just needed to know if I was able to make the drive to pick up the car, she said Ill email you in 20 minutes. I waited an hour, then called throughout the rest of the morning with no answer. Its a silly one-man operation. Folks, take your $200 broker fee elsewhere.
I had a great experience. They answered all my calls and questions. I purchased a vehicle and received my documents and deposit refund promptly. Cant say enough good about using this broker for Copart. I will definitley use them again!!
I set up an account with them. That was a piece of cake. However, once I chose to attempt to get a refund because I didnt buy a car with them, that was a nightmare.1. I called Elena and she happened to be out of the country without any call forwarding to anyone who could help you. (They have about 3 numbers and none of them have any continuity for forwarding, so its like playing Russian Roulette)2. I finally did some research into finding an alternative number and when I did, I spoke to a guy. He made things very simple. He asked my name. I gave it to him, and once he verified who I was. He read back the credit card number to me and told me it takes usually 24 hours to receive the money back on the card. Piece of cake, right? Wrong...3. When the money wasnt refunded after about a week. I finally called all the numbers for them. The 201 number came back with an error tone. The guys number kept ringing. So who did I get? Elena. At this point, Im already wondering if Ill ever get my number back. They all seem to have foreign accents, Elena was out of the country by the time I wanted my money back, Im thinking, did they just run off with peoples money? Anyway, when speaking to Elena, I told her that she was out of the country when I tried to get her and I wound up speaking with the guy. When I told her about the conversation, what did she tell me? She said no one told you that [that the refund takes 24 hours and it would be refunded to my card] At that point, I lost it. Not only did I not get my money back, not only is there poor customer service, logistics or whatever, now shes calling me a liar! So theres a back and forth going on. She directed me to the website, while I was saying to her Do you realize youre calling me a liar. Then she said Youre calling yourself a liar! This was one of the worse customer service experiences Ive ever had. People who dont take ownership for their faults and faulty business systems dont need to be in business (my opinion). Look, I am writing this post specifically for anyone out there who would do business with them. I warn you. Unless you are in and out of business with them within a few hours, chances are you will experience pain and possibly loss. The Bible says love your neighbor as yourself. Neighbor, I am giving you fair warning, do not go there for business. Choose another broker!In addition: Their website (and Elena) says it takes 14 days to process a request for a refund, and then youll receive a check in the mail, their email address being a Gmail address as well, being that it is obvious that they dont have some major operation, could it be a Ponzi Scheme just waiting to collapse? Find out at your own risk.
Scammers scammers scammers dont deal with this company at all.. I opened a copart account through them and paid 400 $ via PayPal. Then I cancelled my account and requested a refund.I had been through full 3 months calling them to get my money back and it never happened.Everytime when I call them I speak to someone called oga. She ask me about my name and everytime she was telling me that they will send me a check after some call and nothing happened she changed the scam tactic to new one which is that she gonna refund me through my PayPal account and also never happened.After thinking I decided that its not good to let them go with my money or peoples money so I decided first to make a police report since I have my receipt that showing how much I paid and to whom.And second I decided to sue them.I will make sure to reach as many as I can of any customer also who had been scammed by them to make it a big case.I will close this scam business.

Dishonest company. I will not be doing business with them again. Update: To answer your response, the primary problem is that you advertised on Copart as having no sign up fees, but you kept part of my deposit as a service fee even though I didnt buy a car and didnt upgrade or extend the term of my account. I pay you that at sign up, you keep it, therefore it is a sign up fee. Also it took nearly a month for my account info to be emailed to me, by that time the car I wanted to buy was sold, and probably repaired and back on the road again. I have asked around about your company since then, and it seems I am no outlier
