I ordered my 8X12 Deluxe Cape Cod shed in July 2021. I was told that delivery would be 12-16 weeks. The shed arrived on time in approximately 14 weeks. The entire process was pretty simple and smooth. The gentleman (Matt) who took my order was helpful, professional and polite. Amish Mikes is about an hours drive from my house, but it was worth the effort. The delivery driver was also polite and professional and he placed the shed exactly where I had planned it to go. I recommend Amish Mikes if youre in the market for a shed.

Wonderful experience! Somebody wrote why buy a shed elsewhere? and I couldnt agree more. I got quotes from 5 other locations and some of them wanted $4k more than AM with bare minimum options. Jacob was amazing, there was a lot to see on site but he had every answer and saved me $1000 by making sure any upgrades already included what I wanted. We sat for about a half hour and double checked everything. It was like the opposite of buying a car, no one was pushy, they gave me space to explore but were also available to answer questions, best of all, I left knowing I didnt get ripped off. Just a wonderful shopping experience. The Mrs. & I are going back to pick out a hutch & maybe a bird house with the kiddo! (be patient with lead times, there have been material shortages, even still other places decided to price gouge but there was fairly minimal increase in time & price w/ Amish Mikes) I never write reviews thats how you know they were good.

We recently shopped for a shed for our house. The displays really gave us a feel for what style we could select. The salesman Jim was knowledgeable and made good suggestions. The selection of materials was broad and the process was easy. Upon arrival, the machine they use could allow for installation almost anywhere. We are on a steep hill and the shed was being placed in a tight area. No problems whatsoever. Great experience. JB

We purchased a 12x8 Shed from Amish Mikes a few years ago. The shed is extremely well built and I have no doubt that it will last a very long time. Ordering and delivery were a breeze. Amish Mikes even replaced a broken window which was discovered a few weeks after the shed was delivered. Also the mule which they use to move the shed off the truck and into position was pretty awesome. No damage was done to my grass which was newly established. Do not look anywhere else if you are in the market for a well built shed.

My wife loves to entertain, so she told me we have to replace our old shed we have had for over 15yr now. I Purchased a shed in 2018 and everything went smooth for the most part. In March I placed an order for a new shed I received an order confirmation and was told in 3 months I’d receive it. I called to check up on my order (5/17) and I was informed my order wasnt placed. Connor who helped me was helpful and said he would ask management if they could correct the mistake they made. I was eventually told it will take 4 more months and I needed to pay an extra 10% and basically saying it was my fault somehow. As a business owner I try my best to always make the customer happy I wish this company would to the same.Attached below is my actual order. Connor was helpful and in contact with me until my order was confirmed and I was told I would receive my shed in 8/12 weeks and cash on delivery wouldn’t be an issue just like my previous order.

LOVE THE SHED but the RAMP I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA 133 BUCKS FOR is an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STORY - it just WASNT WHAT i WAS EXPECTING either STRUCTURALLY or AESTHETICALLY ! I just spoke to them and theyre making it RIGHT ! The person I ordered it from DIDNT TELL ME they had DIFFERENT TYPES of ramps so I just naturally assumed they only had ONE kind . Theyre replacing the one I have now with a WEDGE ramp which is EXACTLY what I wanted in the first place ! Its FULLY SUPPORTED AND VERY STRONG plus it just LOOKS A LOT NICER ! You CANT BEAT that kind of service when a mistake is made and their sheds are A WORK OF ART !!

Have purchased several sheds over the past 15 years from Amish Mike, they have all held up great and are the best built sheds around. Mike the owner is a standup guy and he and his team are always willing to assist with questions and any concerns. Ive had two sheds built on site and one delivered to another property I own, all with no issues. I even had some damage to one shed due to a fire on a neighbors property and his team fixed it up just like new.

I ordered a Patriot Shed from Amish Mikes. This is a $21,000 order. The shed is very good quality and the outside people who drop the sheds and assemble them are very good. They actually thanked me for having the cement pad prepared properly for the shed to be dropped.That being said. The rest of the process has been a total disaster.1. My project is still not finished and its been over a year.2. The people in the office are not on the same page and everything has to be re-explained each time you ask for a status.3. The customer service from the sales people is abhorrent. The young customer service people are nice but apparently not given tools to be organized.4. No one takes ownership of your project and whether its on track or what the progress is.5. When mistakes are made they are indignant about them being brought up and being corrected. No apology, no rectification.6. They dont care about your experience as a customer as evidenced both through their words and actions.7. They are not proactive in reaching out and communicating. They expect you to call them.8. They are consummate excuse makers. Everything has a an excuse for why this person is new, they are working improving, blaming the customer for not speaking to the right person or blaming the customer themselves for their failure to do the job properly or the customer just misunderstanding.9. The scheduling person, Jim used profanity, asked me my age, told me how much experience he has . He insulted my profession as well.10. The sales manager Bill initially said he would take care of issues that he agreed were happening but did not. Also rude and dictated that they will let me know about the remainder of the project on their terms. He berated me for not calling him directly to speak about my shed although they called me to collect a final payment incorrectly. I see another recent review of this same sales manager hanging up on a customer. I spoke to the owner Mike early on and he agreed he would work on this being a better process as well. No avail.11. My wife has overheard and seen this whole process and heard the conversations from the sales representatives there and as well and would more nicely say it is ridiculous.12. I have spent countless hours with this where this should be Amish Mikes job to have been organized and managed this project.13. They still have 2 ramps to install, trim to fix because they sent their worker last time with the wrong tools, and windows that need chains in order to allow them to stay open. They also are supposed to provide me with an email regarding the grade around the shed for the ramps which they have not.14. They had no comment on whether I should have a reasonable expectation or time frame for this job being completed.Update 7/9: Owner Mike is going to call to address issues. In office people (Jim and Bill) had previously refused to let me speak to him.I ordered this shed July 4, 2020.

Great customer service and product guarantee! I recently purchased a 10x10 garden shed from Amish Mikes. Shortly after delivery I received a call asking how the shed was and if anything needed repair or touch up. I responded with a few questions and some minor issues; sent photos. Today Sean (not sure if that is how he spells his name) and Antonio came to look at the shed and address my concerns. Sean explained things and they made a few minor touch ups. They were terrific!

We recently purchased a pergola here after shopping at a dealer 2 miles from our house. (same brand) The local dealer informed us that there was a 10% covid price increase(not true), wanted to charge delivery and 1000.00 to assemble. Amish mikes delivered at no charge and assembled for 133.00.They completed the job in a timely and professional manor at 25% less .The delivery and assemble team were outstanding! Highly recommend!

Bill at Amish Mike was great in responding to a quality issue i had with a patio glider I purchased and had delivered. He got back to me very quickly, and addressed my complaint immediately, without any questions asked.His sole concern was that we were satisfied with our purchase. we have purchased many outdoor and indoor items at Amish Mike, and will continue to do so because they stand behind the products they sell. the only reason this isnt five stars is because of the original issue - which Bill is resolving. highly recommend

Not a fan. Be really careful with this company, they yes you at nauseum and are super polite but failed over and over again with me. I experienced lots of broken promises and delays upon delays. I ordered a small Lean To shed from these guys back in March. I was told then 8-12 weeks. I originally planned to order a larger 12x16 shed too but will absolutely not be ordering from them. Ive seen past reviews explaining similar and then responses from the company saying either the order was not confirmed or the customer never responded properly. I promise you I have the paper trail and phone records. I also have experiences throughout whereby this company proved they are super unorganized and just say yes and then politely apologize for every miss along the way. Follow up, follow up and follow up again. I ordered in March, had to follow up multiple times to confirm my order and gave my credit card a couple of times on the phone. I was told a June delivery and theyd follow up. They dont follow up. At the end of May I called and they said they didnt have my order despite me having an order number. We never got your credit card I was told. Had to essentially reorder but theyd expedite to end of July. Early July I call again. I am now moved to September. I finally call and complain enough to get a manager who was able to move me up a week to Sept 1st. Great. The only positive was the builders called the week before to confirm some measurements right before they started building so I was able to tweak it 1 inch but Im told on that call yup September 1st 9am to 1pm delivery. I call the day before to confirm delivery because as I explained multiple times since March I wanted my old shed in place until right before I replace it for various reasons which I explained. Yes no problem sir, Ill mark that down in your file sir. I said tomorrow (delivery day) is supposed to be heavy rain are you sure you are coming and dont want to move it back?....No sir, a sarcastic we deliver in the rain too sir was the response I got. Next day. Nothing, no call no delivery. I call. Sorry it was the rain that delayed us, coming tomorrow between 9-1. Next day comes, I call at noon. Oh sorry, I dont see you on any schedule for today. I complain again. A super polite and nice apology. Tomorrow between 9-1. I already took down my old shed three days previous as I didnt want so Im even more annoyed. Are you sure 9am-1pm, I have a 2:30 appointment thats 15 min away. Yes sir absolutely no problem and we sincerely apologize. I call in the morning just to confirm. Its leaving at 9am well call with a better estimate on arrival. No call as promised. No follow up. 1pm I call. Oh Im so sorry sir we are delayed. They will be there as soon as possible. Yes there was flooding, yes we had heavy rain two days earlier and yes this company missed every promise they made to me. I received delivery at 2pm and missed my own 2:30 appointment. The shed is just ok, much more cheaply made then my previous Amish shed and painted very sloppy but will serve its purpose as long as I seal some gaps, touch up the paint and people dont look too closely. Let me guess Amish Mike, youre very sorry and apologize. Well so am I, because I wasted my time over and over again even to write this review and I never take the time to leave negative reviews.

I had a shed moved by Amish Mikes employee Dave. I honestly didnt think the thing could be moved as it was in such a tight spot. But these guys are real pros. He efficiently engineered it out of a tight corner and did so with no damage at all. Very professional, on-time, great communication. Highly recommended!

They have all been super courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful in such a pleasant manner.Jason helped us with our initial look at the sheds and answered all our questions wlthout making us feel rushed. Jacob handled our second visit. He patiently ironed out all the order details, wrote up the order, and did all the order follow up including adding an order revision. His knowledge and manner made us feel comfortable with the purchase. Sarah gave us important input as to color selection, and some other aesthetic choices.. After shed arrival at the Hackettstown location, Connor did an item by item inspection of the unit against our order form. The delivery person also did an excellent job with no damage to our lawn and accurate positioning of the shed. My memory is failing to recall the names of others that helped with our many questions and with the order logistics, but be assured all were top notch in their customer relationship.

I would definitely not recommend this place. What awful customer service and accountability from the employees. We wasted time looking at their products and we supposed to receive a call on an item we picked out once it was priced out by the manager. We called numerous times waiting for the price and never receiving a call back. About 2 weeks later we were told it was sold and no one wrote it down. Now we wasted 2 weeks and were told we could buy a more expensive one by a $1,000. We were told sorry and everyone working was new. Dont waste your time here and go to a more professional business.

I recently purchased a shed from here. (12x16) (New England style) They were highly recommended by friends that have purchased sheds there before and by other businesses that were too far to deliver to me, which is amazing they would recommend me to Amish Mikes when theyre in the same business. They sat down with my wife and I and went over every detail we wanted in the shed. From color scheme, shelves, size, and specs of where the doors and windows went. Gotta say the quality of the shed was better than I expected. Very reasonable and fair priced also, lower than what I was expecting. I used their recommended contractor for the base. (Juan Ferreto) Also great job, clean and fair priced. Their delivery guy (Leonard) was very impressive how he set the shed on the base perfectly, not to mention in the dark. All around great staff of workers who are genuinely good people who care and go above and beyond for their customers. Im planning on going back to purchase a swing set for my children in the spring. Not to forget the shop of plenty of garden and home decor that you cant get anywhere else. Very pleasantly satisfied. Would definitely recommend this place. Best in NJ. 10 stars

Stay away from this place. Poor communication and awful customer service. Ordered a pool house in March, was promised delivery in May and then June and now after several attempts for some answers were told it will not be ready until August. Sales Manager hung up on me when attempting to get answers. Yes I was angry but you do not treat customers that way when in fact the order was mishandled from the beginning and we were never notified.

The entire experience of purchasing and installing my 8x10 shed was a pleasure. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the delivery estimate was right on point, even during a very busy season. The level of personalization that their design system affords is really fun to work with- down to shutter types, door accents, and a wide variety of vivid colors.This location also has a HUGE lot full of models and units awaiting delivery that you can stroll around and witness the sturdy Amish construction first hand. Even a smallish shed like mine is built like a house, fully beamed, not like a utility building. You get what you pay for. They also build numerous pool buildings, bars, and workshops with lofts approximately 30 feet tall. An amazing variety.This is the first place we looked, and if we ever needed another piece we’d definitely go back here. Their attention to detail basically guarantees customers for life. Excellent!

The construction was like a house all weather tight Great paint job.What was most amazing was the care and precision on delivery. A pleasure to deal with through the whole process of purchasing a shed for my facility. It did take a little longer to get than what was planned but the delay was all in the materials not being available due to Covid. Not the stores fault at all and they did keep me updated on the delivery date getting pushed out. The delivery was a dream. Called the day before, the day of and 30 minutes prior to. Recently purchased a chicken coop and the quality and overall experience was very good. Delivery had some hi cups, but were not in a easy location to get a large trailer to so that was to bre expected. The materials and craftsmanship are at or beyond what I expected. Will do business with again 👍

Does NOT honor estimates! STAY AWAYStopped in and got a written estimate on a large 16 by 20 patriot model.Went back the very next day with 50% deposit to finalized order and was told the price just went up 25%!They refused to honor their estimate

We have recently taken delivery of our second shed from Amish Mikes. We had a positive experience with both of these purchases. The first shed was a very tight fit between two fences. It sits at the end of our pool and is great looking and quality construction. The second shed is on the side of our driveway. It was delivered on the gravel that our landscaper prepared. Unfortunately, the gravel was not leveled properly by the landscaper and I had to call Amish Mikes to return after delivery since we noticed it was not sitting level. Amish Mikes was very good with their response and their customer service was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. I now realize that my landscaper made the mistake, but Amish Mikes wanted us to be happy and agreed to come out and help us. Dave came out and picked the shed up onto the truck and rearranged the gravel, added some paving blocks and made the shed look 100%. Thanks for caring about your reputation and providing great customer service. I can highly recommend Amish Mikes to anyone.

Good Day, I ordered a 12 x 28 Shed made by Amish mike. The shed was very well built and im happy with it, the shed is a 5 star, but why the the 2 stars? Unfortunately, their affiliation with Juan who does the framing and leveling work prior to delivering the shed. He quoted me a price for the job $ 2K and ended up wanting to charge me more because he needed a few more 4 x 4 framing post to do the job. During the excavation, they moved a few boulders in the middle of my patio and left it there, they also left a bunch of 2x4;s and 4 x 4s that were left extra like my house was a dump. They promised to come back and fix it and decided to text me and say its not their fault and not part of their job to move boulders even though they put it there during the excavation process. I ended up going to home depot and renting an excavator for $300 and doing the job myself, prior experience from doing the patio. Attached is the before and after pictures. Thank you.

My shed purchase was simple and fast. Delivery and quality are both top shelf. Delivery and set up contractor has state of the art equipment and all of the experience needed to do a fantastic job. I originally intended to buy a shed from a retailer closer to me in Washington (07882) but Im really glad that guy torpedoed the deal with some unprofessional behavior on his part because I eventually got a great shed at a better price at Amish Mikes. At every stage -- choosing specific shed features at the office, site check, site prep, delivery (great job, Jake!) -- the staff & contractors were really helpful, skilled, & professional, from beginning to end. Not least, the construction quality of the new shed, including fit & finish, is outstanding.

I purchased a chicken coop. Dave delivered it,he had a little trouble getting it where I wanted it but he did it. The roof was slightly damaged but he came back and repaired it. The coop is very professionally made. My chickens love it and from the quality of it I know it will last a very long time.

Recently I ordered a 10x16 shed from Amish Mikes. The services were excellent! I initially stopped by the store to place my shed order with the specifications I wanted. It took several weeks before the shed was ready. I received a call to setup delivery when the shed was complete.I was a little worried that my yard might get ruts from tires when moving the shed into position however, everything worked out perfectly. The person who made the delivery used the Mule to bring the shed into position and was very careful. He did a fantastic job. He made sure the shed was in the correct position and level. Then, he checked all doors, windows, roof, etc. to insure everything worked and there was no damage.The shed is very high quality and is build to last. It even has little details such as metal diamond plate covering the edges where the doors are for protection. I would highly recommend purchasing a shed from Amish Mike. Thanks Amish Mike!
