Dont listen to the guy before my review. He is an outlier as compared to all the other great reviews including mine. I dont believe that for a second. Eric the owner is a kind honest person and would not react that way at all unless there was something shady going on with the seller or the sellers products. Perhaps the seller wasnt happy with the price Eric offered him as there is a % any shop has to make. Anyway, could not be an easier experience and Eric knows his stuff. I highly encourage anyone to do business with The Gold Mine.

In and out fast and had a nice conversation

Chose The Gold Mine based on Google Reviews and wasnt disappointed. Had a variety of older pieces no longer using and was considering just a Look and See trip. So pleasantly surprised with the offer given I chose not to even shop around. Would return without hesitation. I believe Eric was the representative who helped us; quite pleasant and well informed.

Ive had much better experiences at the Roxbury Coin shop. The owner here has no problem being condescending towards younger gold/silver collectors. I showed up a little dirty and dressed down after working outdoors and was immediately being treated as suspicious. I liquidated my gold coin here anyway and bought another silver eagle with a year I was interested in, pricing wasnt the best but it was the last time.I would call around to different shops in the area before settling on this one. Many reviewers are old and easily taken advantage of here just trying to get rid of gold/silver quickly and while this place can accommodate you; the selection and pricing is weak. I personally drive the extra 15 minutes to Roxbury Coin because the owner there treats everyone who walks through the door with respect and will negotiate fairly with you on pricing.

Best place to buy and sell silver and gold. Been coming here for years and never had an issue.

If you need to sell your gold or jewelry dont bother going anywhere else! Mike gave me a great deal on my item and was awesome to deal with. I will definitely be sending people his way and will go to him again in the future! I found him to be completely different from other gold buyers and pawn shops most of them have that used car salesman type behind the counter, but not Mike he was a complete professional and even told me I might not want to sell my item because he couldnt match what I paid for it, but he made me a great offer so I sold it to him.
