She is helpful without being pushy; she suggested things we might like based on other picks. I was notified by email when a gift was to arrive, and every gift came to us wrapped beautifully. I bought two pewter cups here as newborn baby gifts. The owner was extremely helpful and made suggestions regarding the engraving. The cups were ready faster than I had anticipated, and they are beautiful! This shop is highly recommended!
