I couldn’t be happier with this station and all of its employees. I had previously gone to Mall Chevrolet for servicing on my windows and key fob Battery replacement. The estimate was UNBELIEVABLY HIGH. In addition, they said to replace the key fob would be almost $500 because it was broken - not a dead battery.Not only did George from Carl’s fix my windows (wouldn’t go up or down), but he did it in less than 10 minutes! For a FRACTION of what Mall Chevy was charging. And the key fob was fixed with just a battery change - not a $500 replacement!Carl’s has yet again come through with superior service and a huge price savings!

Never have I known a shop to not charge for fixing something! Fast and thorough and helpful!

This is for Carls Haddonfield Service, which is the repair shop at this gas station. I was stranded in South Jersey after visiting a friend and my car died. So I found this repair shop because it got good reviews on another website.Originally, I was going to give Carls a 4-star rating. They were very nice and professional although a little on the slow side since its a small shop. They diagnosed my car and gave me bad news; my car requires a new engine and they dont do engines. But to my surprise, the only thing I owed them was the towing fee from the towing service that they recommended. No diagnostic fees! (Which earns the extra star.)Id definitely recommend Carls for non-major car care even though they didnt actually do work on my car so take that as you will.

EDIT - I used to take our cars and trucks here all the time, until the quality of their technicians/mechanics went down the tubes and the accountability of the owner went the same way. Ill spare you the details. Just think about taking your car to someone else with a good reputation, these guys are not IT anymore.

They excepted a stolen credit card number..with no pin # used... at pump/ register....12/27/19..$100.00 loss for me..
