I had the most amazing experience at Evearts with the owners. I came to Evearts with the setting I already wanted. My partner only requested that I not know how much the ring costs which I dont until this day. George replicated the setting perfectly which required a main diamond, accent stones, and a dropped circle of sapphires. He checked the color of sapphires with me before they were set and my fiancé picked 3 diamonds for me to choose from. They always took their time with me and made every visit a wonderful part of the whole experience. There was even a special present at the end (I wont say because I dont want to ruin it for you!). If youre searching for good karma around your forever ring, this is the place to go. I brought an antique diamond ring to Evearts, it had a very beautiful platinum setting. I do not wear platinum, so I was going to have the diamonds placed in a new yellow gold setting. George took my ring, looked at it under a magnifier, and told me that he could recreate my antique setting in yellow gold.....he did!! His work on my ring is absolutely gorgeous!! The ring is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. George is an artist!! His wife, Irma, is so lovely, always so informative and helpful. I will recommend Evearts to everyone!!

The customer service is absolutely outstanding! I got stuck in NJ and it was my first time in this town and I just got engaged beginning of this year and I thought doesn’t hurt to shop for a wedding band my first time going to see! My wife and I celebrated our ten year anniversary this Spring and I wanted to commemorate it with a special gift. George was able to take an old pearl I received as a gift and design a custom ring to hold it as a gift for my wife. The ring is stunning, and timeless. She absolutely loves it. Shortly after our anniversary I asked George if he could resize my titanium wedding band, but the metal band in the ring would’ve broke. He spent the time to find a perfect match in a larger size. Evearts treated us like family, and we are grateful for their terrific customer service and expertise.

Wonderful experience at Evearts’s jewelry with Irma and George. We went in looking to replace my engagement ring. Irma spent over two hours helping me narrow my preferences until I found the components to make exactly what I wanted. George then took the time to mock it up on the computer so I could see what it would really look like. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed to spend money and George gave us all the options to make the ring as cost effective as I wanted. They allowed us to trade in an old ring and kept us updated on the rings progress. When we picked up the ring we were treated to a lovely production and left feeling good about supporting local business. Lastly, Irma and George were easy to talk to and really took an interests in our travels and hobbies (even after we paid for the ring 😉). I had such a great experience with Evearts today! Needing a watch battery, I sent a message via the chat feature on their website. I assumed there would be a delay in response due to pandemic closures, but within 5 minutes had received a response and made arrangements for the battery swap in the afternoon. I went to Evearts Jewlers to have my wedding band and ring resized after a mixup at an out of state jeweler. It’s a 30 minute drive but Irma and George were so helpful and kind! It was definitely worth it! Irma was very responsive via email and text throughout the whole process. When I brought the rings in George put my diamond under the microscope and showed it to me which was cool because I’d never seen it close up like that before. They also took professional photos and videos of both rings and sent them to me for free just for fun. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend and will go back in the future.

Well shopping in Haddonfield I stopped in to this fine jewelry store. I have a Raymond Weil wrist watch and I had a new battery put in six months ago at a different jewelers in Medford. Little did I know the battery that they placed was not the correct battery for this watch. Nor did I know that the screw they replace that they told me was an original Raymond Weil screw was not and did not fit correctly so they glued it in.When I arrived at this jewelry store the jeweler immediately saw the problem and corrected it for me. He made sure by googling the correct battery for my watch and he indeed replaced the correct battery and also had an original screw which fit properly in the back of my watch. I was so impressed with this jewelers workmanship honesty and customer service that I will return to the store for all of my jewelry needs.
