Ive been going to this locations for printing services for a few months now. The staff is very friendly and gives nothing but quick and professional service. One of the employees informed me that I can email my documents in advance to have them printed, and its truly been a time (and life) saver.
The staff guy was extremely rude! He started yelling at how he was not getting paid for the printouts and this is too much and he is getting extremely annoyed with us. He said I am done with you and I dont even care! Extremely rude. There were many other customers coming in and he was fine with them. We are not white and I firmly believe he was profiling us and was annoyed. Called UPS complain center and no answer yet! Never had issues before but you lost a customer and will report at every single platform!
This is the best UPS store anywhere. It rather goes with and enhances the Haddonfield small store friendly atmosphere so many of us appreciate. I had to FAX some important documents a few days ago. I had already tried at a Fed Ex to no avail. The problem was that it was for a busy government agency and clearly no one was getting through either by FAX or phone.The manager of the store told me that he would keep trying for me until they closed at 5:30, and he would then come in early the next morning and beat the phone line. By 8:45, he called me to tell me the docs had gone through, and I could come over to retrieve them. This was so far above and beyond the call of any expectation, and it really wasnt something that could be done by a large FedEx. I was so appreciative as it would have taken me days standing at a machine doing it by myself and having to enter the credit card with each attempt to connect.I tried to give him a $20 tip, but he declined and said it was his pleasure!Where do you ever get this kind of personalized service? I love this store; they are always helpful and pleasant.
The gentlemen working were helpful, courteous, and quick. They were even respectful of a patron who came in without a mask and made excuses of why it was ok.
I get a lot of my notary work done here and its super convenient. Always a friendly transaction here.

The staff is courteous, knowledgable, and always offer their customers the best pricing options. They will even refer folk to the Post Office if it will save them money!Whether you are mailing packages, printing, faxing, using the internet, or notary services, The UPS Store in Haddonfield is the place to go!
I mean give these guys a break . They see over 100 people a day they are working during this pandemic and doing so the serve our community! Not once in all of 11 years using this UPS spot have I had a bad experience. !
I walked in to get something notarized and next day aired. I was helped by a gentleman named Dan.He took two phone calls, shipped something for two customers in store, printed my document from a thumb drive, notarized it, then mailed it, all at the same time, in a span of 4 minutes. He’s is a one man army and whatever he’s getting paid he should get paid more.
Original post from 2013. I have had a mailbox here for almost 5 years, the owner Ken is committed to fantastic service and providing his customers exactly what they need. Numerous times I have needed a rush job and they have made it happen. I even needed reports compiled in a hurry and they were able to assist me. Dan who normally mans the store is one of the nicest guys I know! Thanks guys for years of great service and friendship.Update 2018: This store continues to be an asset to our business and a pleasure to visit! We no longer use the mailbox services due to the size of our company but regularly ship and receive at this location and have always found them to be friendly helpful and extremely capable. Its important to remember to that they offer printing, Packaging and other customized services. I have been doing business with them for over 10 years and feel they have become a part of our company, needless to say we continue to recommend them highly. If youre starting a business and dont have an office yet their mailbox service is really great, much better than a standard post office box as they offer many more services.
A very royal customer of the UPS store ( 230 Kings Highway, Haddonfield, NJ 08033) has been treated as a criminal and falsely accused of being a stalker by the black manager of the Store - DAN! THIS IS UNPRECEDENTED ACCUSATION THAT I HAVE NEVER IMAGINED IN MY WHOLE LIFE! AND, IT JUST MAGICALLY HAPPENED TODAY AT UPS HADDONFIELD, NJ!! LOL
I want to personally thank Kenny for providing my wife and I with Notary services right before Christmas. Kenny was kind enough to meet us in the very early morning on a super cold day (well before his store was open to the public) in order for us to have papers notarized by him asap. Kenny could not have been nicer and helped us out big time!! His outstanding customer service was truly appreciated and rare to find these days. It was so convenient especially since we live in Haddonfield and it was only a few minutes away from our house. Veronica was also very helpful to us as well. Thanks again and I would recommend this store and their services to everyone.

Great place when you need to ship something (and who doesnt from time to time?). Dan is unfailingly helpful and pleasant - Ive never seen him without a smile. Parking available in the back is helpful, too. We also had passport pictures taken there.
More expensive than postal office and with worse staff .... except dan, dan is ok. But ken,,,, who OWNS THE PLACE,,,, has made my daughter cry because of how rude and impatient and generally unpleasant he is...
Terrible and unpleasant experience. This is about my fourth time over the last few months that I go to this UPS store to drop-off Amazon products. Each time I go the person working at the store demonstrates and tells me how he hates receiving Amazon products for returns. Very unpleasant experience!

Always a good experience when we go. My 4 year old daughter doesnt love all errands, but she loves going to the Haddonfield UPS!

I attempted to use this store on three occasions: two as UPS and one as DHL customer. On all cases I had to leave without being able to drop off my boxes but had to go directly to the shipper.I gave one star because theres no option for zero.The frustrating thing is not so much not having been able to drop off my parcels and enjoy the convenience of the store, as the total lack of help received from the lady at the counter who simply dismissed me without providing direction on how to change things so I could come back to make the drop off. Instead I was told to go to UPS so they could help me.Additionally to leaving the store not having learned how to avoid the same situation in the future, I was treated as if I was wasting their time.Quite frankly I dont believe she belongs working with people.If I were a shipping expert I wouldnt try to use their business.Rest assured, they wont see me there again.
Just go to the US postal office thats like two seconds away and talk to the nice people there instead of having such a bad experience at the ups store talking to KEN OLIN that you create a Google account so you can rant about how disrespectful and rude he is.....just save yourself the trouble
