Everyone that works here is super helpful and they always know what I want even when I don’t! I switched from juul pods when I started getting my juice here and I’m saving at least $200 a month. No complaints here! These guys (and gals) are seriously the best. I just wish they had more locations 😁

Love these guys. The only store I will go to for my vape needs. The guys are super knowledgeable and honest about the different products and extremely friendly and helpful. Huge variety of devices and loads of delicious e liquid flavors that are made fresh while you wait, or call ahead for pick-up. Would highly recommend.

Love these guys. The staff here is very knowledgeable about vaping and the products they sell and even products that are out there that they dont sell. These guys can make quick repairs too. Juices are fantastic, all custom made to order, Apple Pie is my go to, its a must try!

Great place! Friendly staff, nice selection of different juices and devices. Also very nice prices. I always get my coils here. I can get a whole pack for the same amount of money Id spend on just one coil elsewhere. If you havent been here before Id say give it a shot.

These guys are great! They have a really good knowledge base when it comes to the products they sell, their different uses and even the wide variety of inventory they do not carry! I always know that I will get an honest answer to any product question, no matter who waits on me. The juice is top shelf, and you never feel pressured to purchase something that you dont need. There are less expensive juices out there however I know that their juice is filtered and all impurities are gone. For as long as they are open I will shop there, my peace of mind is worth it!

I placed my first order with maddcatt vapors last week. My order did come quickly. I ordered the kitty milk which is supposed to be a strawberry milk and Im just not getting it. Its more of a strawberry pound cake. Not to happy with the E-liquid but thats a chance you take I guess 🤷

Very efficient service and loads of selections. My only issue with Maddcatt is with the flavors... Theyre either too strong (Raspberry and Cream) or too weak (Killa Cat). Kinda disappointed with the flavor mixtures.

These guys are all experts in vaping. They always answer my questions in easy to understand ways. Its always fast and you can always try new flavors for $8. Ive shopped elsewhere and have been treated like Im an idiot, but literally EVERYONE that works here dont act like that. I cannot say enough good things.

Great juice mixed in house, but the atmosphere is too hectic and can be overwhelming to someone who has never been there before or if you are new to vaping. I had to wait for a while which would have been fine if there was enough seating.kind of had a day before thanksgiving airport vibe.😨

Its a pretty small place, but dont let it fool you. They have plenty of mods and attachments and flavors with helpful staff. Their juice selection is by far the best, letting you choose your PG/VG ratio is great with tons of flavors.

Trying to quit smoking so Ive been giving vaping another try. My fiance has Vaped for about 6 months now. Here they are quick, friendly, have a large selection, will help anyway they can. My advice though, just stay away from the big guy with the piercings. He acts like he can help. He cannot. He just tried to get you to buy and buy. An his suggestions have never helped one time. Everyone else. Super helpful. The guys very nice. Just one of those (I know all but really know nothing at all) types.

From out of town. I come to Hagerstown weekly. Went in just for small juice. Dude hooked me up w text club and coupon. Got a $10 juice for .99 cents. He didnt have to tell me about that. That alone makes me respect them and willing to come back. They were very helpful.

Very helpful shop. Can answer any and all your questions about your mod and they make their own juices so you can customize them any way you need unlike the other shops that only sell high priced juices that are fixed and unable to adjust anything. All sorts of accessories from tips to pens to cloud makers. Anytime anyone asks me if i know a good vape shop..i ALWAYS refer Madcatts! Keep up the good work guys!

I personally love this shop for hardware. They have a great selection with great pricing. Not a huge fan of their juice even though I have tried quite a few, just my personal opinion. Some staff are great and extremely friendly, nice and helpful, others not so much. Be sure to have ID ready for any purchase made here even if your a reflir that comes in often. The store is always clean and their displays are always clean. Try tk go when its less busy, although they dont struggle to take care of everyone even when they are busy.

They make their juice in house to order, and theyre very reasonably priced. 15 dollars for a bottle. I got the Horchata, and its easily one of the best and most flavorful juices Ive ever used. Looking forward to trying more of their stuff.
