My 11yr old daughter and I love this store! So many great items! I wouldve given it 5 stars but the day we visited, the skirt my daughter looked up online, they didnt have her size in store, so it had to be ordered but thats the only down side. The employees are really nice and eager to help!

I mean, its a Hot Topic. But this particular location has a super friendly staff. Like, theyre all nice every time I go in there. Thats really the only reason Im bothering to leave the review. If its between this location and some other one for whatever reason, go here.

Just like the name implies this place has all the current popular things. Being an anime fan theres a lot of merchandise that I can get here. However, I dont because I think its overpriced. The workers are super friendly though. So thats pretty cool. See on the other thing they could improve on is how the stores laid out. Its a small place and they pack a lot in there so it makes it kind of hard to navigate if its busy.

This Hot Topic is clean and has a lot of stock. When we bought an item and it almost immediately broke, the staff member allowed a return/exchange. The down side was they put the broken item right back on the rack.

One of the bigger hot topics Ive been to so more selection! Ive never been to one that didnt make me feel closed in and this one was no different as soon as other people was in shopping theres not enough room... but I will still go and still shop there I just try to get in and get out!

I dont normally shop here but this is the only place I could find that sells pocky semi near me. I bought all of it and have no regrets. Thank you.

The employees are nice and very friendly, but the quality of the clothing itself is poor. Not just this location specifically, but overall. A pair of pants already had multiple long strings coming off of the seams of the pant legs and a shirt I had ordered came with the seam completely broken on the one sleeve. If you’re shopping for quality, this is not the best place for that.

I love the employees at the Hot Topic in Hagerstown. Theyre so nice and courteous. The only thing that I hate is that they dont open till 11. I found that out the hard way. I live over an hour away and visited one morning when the Mall opened at 10. I only stopped for a nose ring at Hot Topic and had to go to an appointment right after. So that was a little upsetting because I had to end up stopping in at another store in the mall for that. I didnt think that they would open later because every other store was open when the Mall opened so I just assumed they would be opened. Anyways, other than the hours I love the store and the employees!

Has some cool stuff, but disappointed they didnt have any MHA merch. Well keep checking back. The prices could drop a little as well.

Staff were attentive and very friendly. Store has excellent merchandise and the prices are very reasonable especially when it comes to the sales! You can also do pickup.

Need your pops fix? They got wall to wall and tables full of them. Possible they have others online too. They dont sell much of Trip gear any more. Hot Topic as of the last 5 years are more targeted towards the female fan base. There may have a few outfits sets for guys online if its not in the store.

Let face it. Hot Topic is not the same goth store as it was in the 90s. It mostly cartoons now .i use to love shoping there. Not worth my time it not Goth any more

Good store for the not so average teen or young adult. Lots of clothing you probably shouldnt wear to church as well as room decorations you dont want your grandmother to see. Do, if you like tongue piercings and septum rings, black nail polish or lipstick or a plaid mini skirt, this is the place for you!

Favorite place of my granddaughters. I get it, they do have cool items for sale. I even had fun there today! There was a very helpful sales girl there today and that is appreciated!

It was ok. Some of the prices are quite high. Took my kids to buy some harry potter items and ended up spending alot just on a few things. But I did find some awesome Coraline socks at a very decent price. My kids and I love that movie. So that was cool
