A nice consignment store, lots of brand name stuff and still in great condition. Got a nice bag and a beautiful blouse for my mother in law. Price is a lil bit higher than other store, well its reasonable they have branded names clothing and the store is clean and very organized.

Clean, neat, and organized. Nice and helpful staff. All items are in wonderful condition with good prices. Mens, womens, childrens and baby clothing and shoes. There are also some bags, purses and wallets.

High quality clothing, shoes and accessories. I buy for myself and my children here. Only complaint I have is that they are NOT child friendly so think twice if you need to take your children with you when you shop.

Why shop anywhere else?! They have all the name brand clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc for my entire family at goodwill prices. Always friendly service. You cant beat it!

I enjoy shopping at Act 2 . The ladies that work there are some very nice people and they know what they are doing. I have always found nice things there and relieved great customer service.

The ladies there are very quick and friendly. The consign line was very long but we zipped right through. Just to point out if you want to consign clothes there. They are choosy about what they take. But you also have to realize THEY DO KNOW WHAT WILL SELL. And they do sell a lot of clothes. We highly recommend using Act II. We have been going there for years. Everybody that works there is friendly and helpful and courteous. The only place to consign clothes in our opinion.

I always get really awesome service. There is a lady who helps me everytime. She is very gentle soft spoken and such a lady. She wears glasses. Cant recall her name but very helpful and attentive. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable every time.

It is a cool place that can be hot and miss, and there is alot of stuff for woman and men along side kids! But as I said before it is hot and miss for some of the stuff.

I love having a consignment shop to give unwanted clothing another chance, but the employees are just rude (especially when it comes to taking in clothing to consignment). I understand they have requirements for accepting clothing, but there is no need to be so condescending. Ive been taking items here for years now, but its not getting any better.I should also note that they have many old people (for lack of better word) clothing items, yet wont accept many common brands like American Eagle. Also I would like to see more vintage items, but I know I wont because they reject items just by their labels age/stigma no matter the quality of the item.

I consign and purchase at this store and have always had pleasant experiences. Clothes are pre-loved but carefully chosen and some are brand new. Prices are awesome! If you are frugal like me, youll be pleased that you came! Ive never had an unpleasant experience with any of the employees and on all of my cards, I write Check ID in the signature line. (Just a suggestion for those that prefer not to sign their cards)

Their clothes are always clean, displayed well, marked well according to size and priced very reasonable. I rarely walk out of Act II with nothing.A friend commented on my daughters choice of clothes. She asked where she usually shops~of course the answer was Act II. We highly recommend shopping there for anyone in your family.

Act II always has a nice variety of used clothing to browse combined with a clean, well maintained store. The prices are generally a little higher when compared to Thrift Stores but you are paying for better quality, name brand, more current clothing so the prices are generally worth it.

I needed a suit I could afford so I checked out Act II. I found exactly what I needed within 5 minutes of entering the store! The suit fits perfectly and was only $20! I also bought a nice pair of jeans. I will definitely be returning to Act II!

This consignment shop can be hit or miss and at times the selection can be lacking for my needs. Really inspect the clothes carefully because there have been several occasions where I got home and discovered an item had a hole or tear. I see some walmart brands priced way too high also. Ive found a couple good name brand deals...but like any second hand store you just need to search and inspect carefully. The employees are very nice and I do enjoy stopping in!

Woman who rang me up was rude and kinda ruined my experience but it was a good one and i loved the store. They are def in need of baby clothe donations, but prices are good and i was able to create a whole outfit under 10$!

If you like name brand stuff but are on a budget then this is the place for you. If you get upset when an employee is trying to help you not become a victim of fraud by having you sign your card? I go to this store all the time and never once have I experienced anyone so disrespectful until today. One of the cashiers with blonde hair who rung me up kept mumbling under her breath and making smart comments towards me all because I tried to give her the change in my wallet to put towards the money I used to buy a pair of shorts. I tried to give her my change because I didnt want it... Hoping maybe shed put it towards a donation or something but instead told me I didnt make any sense in a rude manner.

Gently used and some new items. Its nice that they are particular about what they accept. I shop and consign here. They ALWAYS check for signature on cards at this store. Ive had to stand there and sign my card on more than one occasion because the signature was worn off. For that to be a reason for someone not to shop there is ludicrous. Oh well, more for me...

07/15/2016 I found my way here after postponing driving here for the last 2 years. The place and the clothes are better than I anticipated. They have a wide selection of everything, neatly arranged so no trouble finding whatever suits you. Clothes are in mint condition and they are very reasonably priced. I was with my mom and sis and we all agreed this was an ideal place to shop. They got very good quality clothing at a bargain price. Only reason am giving this one star is the treatment I got at the cashier. This little girl needs some training/ education on customer care. She had the nerve to say my credit card was fake and even went as far as asking for my DL. I was asked to sign the back of my credit card, she didnt even compare my signature on the DL and the one she made me do on the CC. I stood there and watched people check out before me and nobody was asked for ID. Guess being black automatically means am a thief. I drove over 50 miles just to be humiliated. Young girl, I know you felt like you were displaying some sass, you must have slept well last night having made me feel like something am not. Well played but Ill be damned if I ever set my foot there ever again. You have lost not only me but my entire family and all the friends that shop here. They are black, unfortunately in 2016, a born 90s is practicing racism. Your parents and the society has failed you miserably.

Been there 3 times in my life. 2 of the times Ive been there, Ive dealt with rude cashiers giving me a hard time about my debit card not being signed. All they had to do was ask for id. Neither did. One was suggesting that I sign it at that moment (without looking at my Id). Both times it happened, it was for purchases under $20.00. Both times, I told them visa doesnt require me to sign my cards and both times they lost a sale. I know one thing, I wont go back a 4th time!
