This Ulta has one or two great CSR’s to assist you. I like when I come int the door, every-time I’m always greeted with a smile, hello, and if they can assist me let them know. The newest high end make-up and perfumes along with styling tools are always carried in this store. So many make-up and body luxuries too choose from. A paradise of great selection for amake-up and body care lover. This store is always clean, stocked, and well organized.

Fran cut my hair today and I cannot say enough great things. She fixed my haircut that wasn’t cut correctly with my curly hair. She went shopping for hair products after and recommended a ton of different products at different price points so that I could find what I could afford. Amazing amazing amazing. 100% will be back. I mistakenly booked myself for the wrong thing when getting my hair done here, however the people were extremely nice about it. Prices were a little expensive but I expected that, and they helped me figure out what was within my budget. Kat was extremely nice while doing my hair, and was comfortable with little conversation as long as I was comfortable with it. Overall everyone was super friendly and down-to-earth. This was my first time getting my hair done at Ulta and I’d 100% go back

Great day to hit Ulta with my girl. We used our $15 Ulta coupons and found some great items. The store was not crowded and as usual a friendly and helpful staff was on hand in every department.

My girlfriend loves this store! Really overwhelming selection of make-up. I guess if youre into that youll love it! Employees were helpfull and friendly!

Charlotte gave me the best cut I have ever had! The staff was very nice and it was not too crowded. The only flaw was not being able to try on the foundation because of the pandemic.

Even after one already had almost immediately after I walked in and couldn’t find what I wanted (even though she knew they had them) she immediately found someone else who could help me in finding a specific gift for my girlfriendand then cologne for myself. Great employees!! If you cant find what your looking for ( make-up ) wise, it probably doesnt exist. A little pricey, but youll get what you pay for...in my novice opinion.

I always recieve far above average customer service at Ulta. I was provided excellent customer service in White Marsh, MD and Hagerstown, MD. There are no pressured sales or bad attitudes to deal with. I had an issue with a cream I just bought and Ulta happily exchanged it with another one. I also enjoy being able to ask about products or product application without feeling like a bother to them. However they train their employees should be the world standard.

I had formal makeup application from this store. The makeup overall was okay, but they did horrible service on my under eye makeup. The makeup artist accentuated my under eye wrinkles so much.They made me look so old, with all that cakey concealer, powder and I dont know what else under my eyes. It was hard to even smile without cracking all that makeup under my eyes.It was $60 for the makeup, and just for the eye lash application the charged $7 extra, that they never mentioned. My bad that I tipped her too as I never realized that my makeup was so cakey until I get to the party.I wont recommend it to anybody.

Went there to purchase my fiance favorite perfume and get some other items for her. Everything was way over priced, her dolce & gabana light blue was $124 for a 1.6 oz bottle, I ended up getting it on Amazon for $58. I wouldnt purchase anything there, but there were plenty of people willing to spend more than thwy should. Staff was friendly and helpful in pointing me in the direction of the items I was looking at.

I went to get the ends of my hair dyed a pretty lavender color. The lady working on my hair said because she is a professional the cost would be 200-300$ although it was pricey I figured it would be worth it to have it be done right. The end result was horrible. My entire hair was a very dark purple, not only did I ask for only the ends to be dyed but I asked for lavender. She also had bleached my hair, my hair was a light brown so there wouldn’t of been a need to bleach it to make it a dark purple. On top of the poor hair dye, she had a terrible attitude when I hated the outcome.

Be careful of when you do online order pickup. They gave me product that was set to expire 3 days after I bought it. Now I have to drive out of my way (waste gas)to return it. They should really be checking expiration dates on their items.

SO rude. The products are great - the staff is extremely rude. I’ll order directly from the vendor and get it shipped to my house... not drive 30 minutes to deal with girls who think they’re too good to communicate with their customers.

If you love beauty products, this is the place for you. They have everything beauty: hair shampoo and conditioner, brushed, dryers, stylers, and scarves. Many of the Ulta stores have a high end salon in the store! They have every kind of makeup, cleanser, fragrance...you have to go yourself as this fabulous store has to be experienced. If you love beauty products, this is your place. Dont miss out!! They also run really good sales!!

I ordered 2 items online for in store pick-up. The Proactiv product was set to expire in 3 days. I did not notice it until the next day. Check your items expiration before you leave the store to save yourself a trip back later.

Went today to the salon get a scalp treatment, the stylish was very nice she did my treatment and wash my hair well but after I got there she schedule someone else with no enough time ahead me, and send someone else to dry my hair and she dry my hair awful and also in a hurry cause she had someone waiting for her. Dont do this things to client, you loose more than one when you try to get another one. Finish your job do ot well and that client will come back, next one should understand or reschedule must definitely make sure you give enough time in between.

We go to this store frequently. Havent always been impressed but recently Jen has been waiting on us and shes improved our experience. Thanks Jen.

I liked this store until the last time I was there. After being asked if I needed help twice I asked for a good concealer as well as a good contour color for my light skin. The woman literally didn’t listen to me. I told her I can’t have a contour that is warm because of my fair skin but everything she gave me made me look orange. She tried a couple on my face and eventually I just said “this works” because she clearly wasn’t getting me. She chose a dark colored juvia’s place foundation for contour which clearly would be warm toned but regardless at this point I just wanted to get it over with so I could continue my shopping. The worst part is when she was done she decided to do my whole face with a contrast of super light and super dark stick foundation. Even though I wanted it off she started doing the other side but i was ok because I thought at least she doesn’t want me walking around silly with half my face orange and the other white... until I looked in a mirror. SHE SCRIBBLED ON MY FACE!! I feel like she had to have wanted me to look like a fool because it literally looked like a child drew on my face. Just a streak here, an opposite streak there, no blending. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was so embarrassed I wiped it off immediately. I can’t believe she had the nerve to make me look like that. My 7 year old could have done way better! but that wasn’t the end either. I continued to walk around the store looking for what I needed. I was checked on 4-5 more times!!! Every other minute her or someone else was checking on me. She did it 3 times. Clearly they must have profiled me and assumed I was stealing or something which is absolutely ridiculous based on the amount of money I’ve spent with them. To be this overbearing is unprofessional and I will say something if it happens again. Also apparently no one that works there knows appropriate makeup for light skin.

This particular branch has the best staff. I love them all especially Aaron. There are some talented hair stylist but he is gifted and his personality is amazing. Whenever I visit, whether its for the salon or just to shop, I am always engaged with a knowledgeable conversation by anyone in the store. Wonderful place to feel beautiful.

Staff at this branch could stand to be a little friendlier. Some staff were very helpful (especially the woman at the brow bar) and a few behind the register. Others, however, seemed to be less customer and more self focused. Store itself is a makeup lovers paradise. Great spread of products!

I just really can’t say enough nice things about the people here: specifically, Meg, Lilly, and Gabby. ( I hope I spelled those right) They’ve helped me color match and recommended products and even when something didn’t go right (I accidentally wound up with a poor color match for my foundation) they fixed my way expensive booboo and helped me find what I needed and how to use it.Long story short I can really recommend the folks here. :)

My favorite thing is when multiple workers as me if I need help. The same ones didnt ask me DIFFERENT ones. Take notes Sephora.

If youre looking for a fried scalp and blue hair, then this is the place for you...I had an interview coming up, so I thought it was time to tidy up my roots. I went in for highlights and a trim. 4 hours later, my hair came out brassy (but, I have to admit, the cut was done well).They offered to fix it, so I eagerly booked a follow-up to fix the wrong color. It just needed to be toned at this point - a simple, quick procedure, right? Wrong. ANOTHER 4 HOURS LATER, and I emerged with BLUE HAIR, and this was after my scalp was literally burning from all the products they had used while they were clearly messing up.I had a sore neck from bending my neck backwards into the sink for 3 of the 4 hours, a damaged scalp, and Blue Hair. And guess what, they then charged me for this. Only after I called the manager did I receive a refund (just for the 2nd messed up correction appointment). God forbid they refund my original highlights that they did wrong?!NEVER. GOING. BACK

I was just butchered!! The hair cut I was given did not look nothing like the picture I showed her 3 different times!!! I am so upset, I will never let them touch my hair again. I will not recommend them to anyone!!! I should have never paid for what was done to my hair!! I had very long hair and now I look like my grandmother!! The duck tail she shaped in the back of my hair horrified me!!! Someone needs to cut her hair which is long just like she cut mine and she if she likes it!!

My sister came in for a cut and color. She sat down in the chair at 4:30, and didn’t get out until after closing hours at 11:30pm!! 7 hours in the chair and she walked out with a mess. Please spare yourself and do not have your hair done here. After she had this experience a lot of people expressed to me they also had similar ones.

I adore ulta. Havent been to too many other locations so I cant compare but this one gets the job done. Its near food and other shops. Theyre usually very well stocked with items Im looking for. Only downside is its not a higher end store so I cant get Chanel here. Most staff is friendly. Have had some that act like theyre better than you depending on how you look but really doesnt bother me much, just take my money and give me my goodies. Every trip at least one person asks if I need help. They have a full service salon and benefit brow bar. Have had issues with promo stickers being wrong on items, multiple times. But I still love ulta, and will go here til they close

This is probably the worst ulta I have been to. Every time I come here I vow to go to another store location or chain period. Staff is normally unhelpful and unprofessional. I feel the amount of money I spend in there regularly they could at least hire professional and courteous people. Leaving today with no purchase and instead heading to Sephora.

LOVE this place! I love the smell of expensive perfume the second I walk in the door. Offers an array of different brands and products. Prestige and drugstore. There is usually a special discount on one of the drugstore brands all the time. They are adding more and more brands for a better selection range. The return policy and points system is a very big plus for me. Who wants to buy an expensive product, hate it, but be stuck with it? Not at Ulta! One stop shop for all my cosmetic needs! BUT, the girls at checkout need some better training on how to process credit card refunds. Ive had some unnecessarily frustrating transaction problems with my Ulta card at the store that required 3 trips to the store to get it right... Finally, a clerk who knew what they were doing was able to figure out how to do a return. 😖

Shopped there tonight. Sales was a free travel gift. With a purchase of $60 or more on one of the products we bought. (Its a 10 Miracle) total purchase was 183.38. Just curious about the free gift as Advertised and was told by (cashier Halle) after the sale (o sorry we mustve forgot to take down those signs. Just make sure before you buy the advertising is correct and the prices. Wont be back to this location.

Horrible service!! Half my head is stick straight with slight waves on the opposite side. I went in with multiple pictures of what I wanted my curls to look like. I was getting a wave treatment. My stylist tore all the curlers out and started over after another stylist said I wouldnt like the results with that size curl. Another employee comes in complaining about co workers and had 2 unhappy customers coming in to get their hair fixed as they hated what was done. I should have known to leave then. About 4-5 hours later I leave. The next day I have straight hair. I waited the 3 days then went in to discuss why my hair was straight after a curl treatment. I got snickering in front of my face because I wanted a full refund. $120 I wasted and another $60 on products. I got my money back however they are unprofessional and clearly have many mess ups and unhappy customers.

As others hv stated - The staff could be more respectful toward customers and customer requests. When I come in to try a product line and your staff tells me I should know what I want to try, and is not knowledgeable or friendly with different skin types and issues- there is a problem. Its your job to know the line and at least know the basics- or please put someone there who is mature enough andWillingto be kind.

I usually enjoy going to ulta, but a few months ago I noticed a girl coming in with a dress on, and Im guessing she went in for a interview, but these 2 girls who worked there were whispering about her, and laughing at her which I didnt understand why. Idk why you guys hire immature people to work there. its a beauty place to feel welcome, and feel beautiful. Needless to say I saw the girl walking out quickly, and saw her crying getting into her car. One girl was a tall girl with dark hair, another one was short, with blonde hair. I would never come back into this ulta again due to disrespect of staff members. Hire people who actually want to work, and not sit around laughing at people who come in.
