Delicious fro yo. There are a lot of different fro yo flavors & toppings. 🍨 I love eating there!

I really love this place and the ice cream is so good. it’s so fun to be able to add toppings and other fun stuff. recently the prices here have been a little high. but i understand that because of the pandemic you have to raise prices for lost time.

Like that you just go up and build your own dessert. Will say that it gets expensive because it goes by weight. Worth it if you love everything you put in your frozen treat, if you dont then you waste a good bit of money.

Nice place to go when looking for frozen custard. Have every possible topping.

Was very clean. Well stocked. Freindly service. Only problem was that for 4 ice cream it was 32.00. Good experience though

Is incredible that after other Sweet Frog restaurants have long been back to normal operation, this one insists on preventing guests from serving their own ice cream and toppings. Its half the fun of even going here, and it makes no sense and is not required by anyone.

Its frozen yogurt and its okay. Little pricey but nice.

I love frozen yogurt and sweet frog is the place to get it. They have so many flavors and toppings and you can put as much as you want on and they weigh it and then decide the price.I recommend this place for a nice family dessert.

I love sweetfrog but their prices are so much higher than martinsburg

Yummy yummy! My granddaughter loves this place so much that she has her order memorized! With COVID-19, they now must assemble your treat for you, which does slow things down a bit. Otherwise, staff is friendly, the place is clean, prices are high but it sure was tasty!

Because of covid we werent allowed to make our own concoctions. The person was not very generous. Didnt even have enough syrup to last all the ice cream. Only gave like a tablespoon of whipped cream. Also took a long time to get waited on since there was only one person doing the serving.

I understand the pandemic changes things and businesses need to adapt. The changes dont work here though. You can tell the worker what you want, but youre really at their mercy to get it right. Its not like being able to do it yourself. For the price you pay, not being able to get what you want doesnt work for me. We wont be back until after this all is over.

I give it a 4 because you can taste the milk in the frozen yogurt. They do have good flavor options, but unfortunately they are a little weak in flavor. Good selection of toppings though.

They are taking covid 19 pretty seriously, and everything seems clean and safe. The staff are nice and pleasant as well.

The place is clean and beautiful and the taste of the ice cream is great .. The thing that I do not like is that it is expensive, I mean, when you take a small size box without any additives, you may pay 6 dollars, it may be expensive for large families.

My wife can only have sugar free and all they had was one flavor and it wasnt even mixed yet! We went in the evening. The staff was just a couple of ditzy girls that didnt know how to handle the situation.

Delicious but seriously overpriced. Glad they are open during this vovid fiasco.

After being closed for no reason since their 75% a takeout business, theyve reopened with no touching the froyo machines or the toppings so now you cant make it how you want it. Wont be going back till they get over their idiocy.

Wide range of flavors, including no sugar added! Great topping selection, which is always clean and well stocked. Nicely maintained for as busy as they usually are!

They have great frozen yogurt its just amazing. They have so many toppings and flavors of frozen yogurt.The staff are very nice. The atmosphere there is so fun and happy that you cant help but smile.The cotton candy froyo is the best it is really good. So overall I love this place so much.

I love Sweet Frog! This particular location doesnt always have my favorite flavors, like Cable Car Chocolate and Alpine Vanilla, and mint/chocolate mint, and Coconut, but its still pretty good. I think the Frederick location is better, personally speaking.

Love this place. Visited on no weigh Wednesday. We are here at least once a month. Great atmosphere. Christian music always playing and the clerks are very nice.

They offer many different flavors of frozen yogurt. They also provide a great variety of ice cream toppings, from hot fudge to marshmallow cream, from broken heath bars to wet walnuts and candy sprinkles, (etc.). The list is practically endless! The dining atmosphere reminds one of the drug stores of the 1950s and 1960s.

Not overally impressed at all. For 3 cups of frozen yogurt it was over $20. The staff was not overly friendly. Ill save my money and go to Ritas.

My granddaughter and I go to sweet frog at least twice a month and it is always delicious

Everything was good and it was a clean place. However they overcharge EVERYTHING.

Contrary to popular belief, they do not serve frogs here. The ice cream is pretty good though.

These girls were very rude and rushed us threw the line .I have 8 grandchildren and every year sense sweet frog has came to Hagerstown they have got a 100.00 for Easter to spend at sweet frog each one of them . After tonight that will most likely change . I mean if you cant even ask these employees a question without them not wanting to answer you and they just walk by you like they never heard a word and go in the back . We werent the only people either .There was a family behind us that witness there actions and didnt like it either . This place used to be wonderful .Every one just enjoyed this place so . I know there are other sweet frog shops in near by states but its just not as convenient. We spent a lot of money at this place and its really rude to end up being treated like this . I just hope it dont happen to others . Our little ones will be upset because they wont understand but one thing for sure we will find them a nice place to take them .I eve

Really love this place when they have pineapple dole whip, reminds me of Disney! The second Tuesday of the month they have a storytime with a deal on froyo for kids!
