I think Bob is great doesn’t try to take advantage of you. Told him my radio was blowing fuses and he told me then your fuse isn’t big and explained why. My radio has power and the fuse wasn’t big enough to handle the power. Like him if your ever in the area and just want to shoot the bull with someone stop in and see Bob he is a card

Ive been looking for a CB shop for few weeks was stopping by ACT to get a meal and saw a CB shop sign! Took in a radio that hadnt worked in a few years due to another shops shoty work. He fixed the problem and explained it to me then finished the tune up job the last guy had started and got my old cobra 29 to 40 watts and sounding great all same day service. Bob welcomed me in his shop while having lunch. I gave him my radio, we exchanged names and I went out to park. When I came back, he got me the wifi access and then started telling me that I didnt have to watch my language in his shop. That sparked the conversation and it went on and we talked while he was working on the radio. He troubleshot the thing in less time I need to say Microphone and 20 minutes later, it was all done and fixed for cheap cost. No cheap labor, cheap cost. Thanks Bob! Ive been driving otr for 25 years. This is the only person I let work on my radios. I will drive from California to Md to get my radio fixed and go without. Got that new Stryker sr447hpc2 love the radio. He set me up good. The only thing is I need better coax and and antenna I’m running the k40 trucker but I’m getting 2.1 swr right now according to the key up swr meter. But he hooked me up. Got a decent deal and treated me great. I’ll say this he will sure talk about anything under the sun. Good time passer thanks man for the Stryker.

Bob is a butcher! Very rude and a compulsive liar! Does not know what he is doing! He preys on truckers! Bought a brand new Stryker 497 that he screwed up had DTB in Carlisle,PA repair it less than 24 hours after purchase! Contact Stryker and talk to Shawn, he’s received a lot of horrible feedback on Bob “butcher” as well as many radio shops across the country have fixed this chili chokers work! Stay away from this scum bag! Going to be taking him to court over $430 plus my lost time and costs incurred! Have all the sworn statements needed and my bank is possibly seeking criminal prosecution for fraud!
