Best place in town for a massage! Super friendly staff! Very easy to schedule appointments. Bodyworks Massage has very high standards with cleanliness snd sanitation being amazing! Highly recommend!

I informed their therapist that I’d like a deep tissue massage, which I did not receive despite constantly asking her during the session. I expressed my dissatisfaction and received a call from the manager. The first words out of her mouth after stating that their therapist is known for deep work was, “I’m not sure if we can do anything for you.” I didn’t get a chance to say anything for the first 8-10 minutes of the call. She basically had her mind already set that she was going to tell me exactly what it was that she wanted me to hear and that was it. I barely got a word in edgewise and found it to be a complete waste of time. What a way to handle a lackluster customer experience.

Ive always loved getting massages from Jan because he is very skilled in deep tissue. I will go back as soon as my finances allow for it.

I have seen Ed for many many years. He is the reason I still am moving, working out and working. This place is the best!

Absolutely love this massage center. I have been seeing Jeff for over 11 years now and he is absolutely amazing. I will say I miss the uniqueness of their old location, and how each massage therapist rooms were designed with their personalities in mind. It was much more welcoming than the more sterilized decorating theyve done in the new place. I give Jeff a five-star, I give the new facility a 3-star.... they have tried to standardized and and upgrade their selves to the point where they took all of the personal out of the massage studio.

Today was my second appointment and I cant rave enough about Jaime and the staff. They are understanding, friendly, and want to be of service where they can. I see Jaime and she uses the best pressure and has appropriate conversation. I look forward to my massage appointments as they really have been helping with my headaches and neck pain. I HIGHLY recommend Bodyworks and the team.

I am changing my review from a year ago. I had an apt today with Jamie, the atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. The staff were all welcoming and had smiles on their faces. I got a 90 min massage with Jamie and it was Amazing!! I had the added in aromatherapy which upon arrival I was given samples to choose my scent. The back scrub is phenomenal and very relaxing! Im glad I gave them another try and Ill definitely be back again soon! Thanks for the Awesome experience.

Beyond amazing experience everytime I come in for a spa treatment. Ed is beyond amazing, highly recommend his services, especially the deep tissue massage. If your looking to have an hour of relaxation and no kids, this is the place to be. Dont forget to check out their gift shop when you leave. I recommend the rosewater.

Though I have not been to this location, Jan (a male) and one of the owners gives the best massages in Hagerstown. I love going here but no longer live close enough to frequent often. I highly recommend Jan and look forward to visiting the new location. Photos will come.

Ed was brilliant with my massage. Came in with a back muscle cramp and he took the time to find out where it was coming from. Ended up finding the source of the cramp in my latissimus muscle area in and around my armpit. Greatly reduced the cramping and gave me some stretches to try at home. I love going to see Ed. This place is totally worth it. Great staff and therapists.

Called to ask for a massage availability time. Was given a time, then asked if oil is used and Liz said no. I then asked if I could pay attentional for oil and the call disconnected. Called back and got Liz again and she said she disconnected on purpose and hung up again.Never felt more disrecpted in my life for just asking a question.Update: Had my wife call and apparently the receptionist heard I asked how much more is it for a happy ending.The massage was for my wife, why would I waste my time and theirs asking something like that.At this point without the call being recorded its just he said / she said she said. But I still leave the one-star review for bad customer service. The representative should have clarified what she thought she heard before assuming and hanging up without any explanation to me.
