How this place stays open is beyond me. I never see any customers. Good luck finding any out of area team hats if you have a big nugget on your shoulders like I do. However if you need a local team, youre set.

Good prices, excellent selection, and if you want a hat they dont have in stock they can get it for you. Ive never left this store empty handed.

Everyone gotta have a hat and like everyone else Im gonna have to get all mine at lids their hats have survived my dogs lol and they still look good 15 plus hats happy

I ordered a fitted online Nov 23 2017 and today Dec 4th I called Lids website for tracking. I was told that the hat has been at Lids Valley Mall since Nov 25th. I called the Valley Mall store to find out why didnt I get a call after ten days and the supervisor told me the new employees did not know how to track orders. This will be my last time buying from Lids online and having it ship to a store.

I stopped in hoping to get a custom embroidered hat. Unfortunately that service isnt available at this location but is available at the Outlets

Got a Christmas gift and the employee stopped what she was doing and made sure she got it down for me!
