I called over a week ago to get a quote for dryer vent cleaning for a very large condominium complex and never received a call back. We wanted to give the business to a local company but I guess they werent interested. A call back would have been the professional way to go.

Hardell is quick to put you in the books for a fill, their service techs that check my furnace every fall are respectful, knowledgeable, and conscientious, and theyve worked with me on my payments through a very rough patch recently. No added charges snuck into the bill, no price hikes for no reason...excellent.

Hardell went above and beyond for me this morning. Apparently something was stuck on the tanks or furnace and I mistakenly thought it was the oil. It was fixed promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company!

I was never there, but there an oil delivery company of heating oil for homes. I would imagine that is important to some.

Great service, good prices, nice to have the ability to do an adjusted budget plan. Company I had before was the same every month, and I ended up paying $3600 and only getting $2400 of oil! Hardell adjusts as prices change, and applies any extra to the next year! Definitely staying with them.

Good service and knowledgeable mechanics. We also hired one of their crew to remove our old oil tank when we switched to electric. They were very professional and cleaned up well when they were finished.

Needed a part for older AC unit could not find anywhere. Bret went out of his way to quickly locate exact part for us & even guaranteed full return if it does not work in our unit. If it works will save us buying new inside AC unit.
