A very pleasant and successful shopping experience with Kevin at Mattress Warehouse on GarlandGroh. He is honest and knowledgeable. If you know what you like in a mattress-great! BUT he is helpful in explaining all the confusing terms that have become the mattress world. There is no buying pressure. A clean store that is well laid out to make your visit comfortable as well as safe.

My husband and I knew the mattress we wanted regardless of the wide variety offered by Mattress Warehouse. Kevin, a professional, knowledgeable, and personable manager, worked his magic on the computer to find our requested mattress. My husband and I found Kevin to be a man of his word in offering the best, fairest price. Kevin was thorough in explanation for warranty and the like. Mattress Warehouse delivery protocol is excellent. We are very pleased with our purchase, and every individual who was a part of it.

We couldnt be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Mattress Warehouse, Hagerstown, Md. In May, I purchased a new mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Frederick, Maryland, but did not unbox it until June, when we moved from Maryland to PA. Immediately upon using the mattress, I began experiencing severe lower back, hip, shoulder and arm pain. I blamed the pain on moving stress. But, the pain has continued through June, July and into August. Im now seeing a chiropractor 2x per week! I reviewed all of my actions that could have resulted in such discomfort and the only thing I could surmised was that I selected the WRONG mattress in May. I was within my 100 day test period (just barely), so I contacted the Corporate Office and spoke with Mr. Mark Brown to determine if he would honor the One Time Exchange Policy. (I really didnt expect him to since I was on Day 96 of the 100-day window). Without hesitation, Mark immediately told me to go to the nearest Mattress Warehouse within 2-3 days and select a better mattress, to which the cost of the original mattress would be credited. We went to the Hagerstown Mattress Warehouse and I met AUSTIN. This young man was OUTSTANDING. He verified with his manager, Kevin, that the credit could be implemented and then he spent the next HOUR or more with me, having me calmly and methodically test every mattress that could remedy the pain I am experiencing. I also took the Match Test, which helped narrow our search. And, yes, I invested more money into a BETTER mattress --- you get what you pay for! Im so happy with the Hagerstown Mattress Warehouse store. The store is extremely clean, well organized, bright and cheery. I was very comfortable there, taking my time (this time) to test each mattress as much as possible to hopefully get the right one. Austin was SO PATIENT, INFORMATIVE and HELPFUL. He really knows his job! He told me many things about mattresses that I had already researched, so I know he knew what he was talking about. He is very pleasant and totally dedicated to his job. I wish him well and hope that he stays in this field, because he definitely made my day 100% better!!!

Excellent service! My salesman, Tyler, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, yet not at all pushy. What I thought would be an unpleasant chore (bed shopping, ugh) turned out to be an enjoyable and fun experience, thanks to Tylers great personality and approach. When I first arrived and said I just want to try some mattresses and wont be buying today, he told me that was perfectly fine and to take all the time I wanted. Based on the bedMATCH results, Tyler showed me several that were exactly what I was looking for and then left me alone to try them. He was able to answer all my questions and even came up with creative solution for a problem I had. With zero pressure, I ended up buying a mattress & adjustable base and even got a discount!

Micah was wonderful customer service. Me and my wife bought our bed at the other mattress warehouse at the other HAGERSTOWN location. Our bed frame broke and I called the other location by the mall. It was top 5 worst customer experience I have ever had. I mean he didn’t look anything up, he didn’t even look to see if they had another frame. It was the worst no help what so ever. I called Micah’s store I told him my situation and he looked up my order and the frame and all the information he needed. He took a minute and went back and looked To see if he had the frame I needed as he did. He then told me the price and I said I will be right over. They have a special bed that you input all your information into such as age, height, sleeping position, and any issues you have with pain. Then you lay on the bed and listen to the video and roll over when told to. The bed analyzes your bodies pressure points along with a bunch of other items. It will then recommend certain mattresses to best fit you from the data you entered and the data it collected from your body. We highly recommend Micah if interested in purchasing a new mattress!

Damaged my new floors when carrying the adjustable frame up to be set up. Did not tell me about the damage so I didn’t notice until 5 min after they left. I was provided no number to report issue or damage. Store/ show room representative is completely unwilling to assist me. Do NOT recommend using this store or company.

I went here trying to purchase a mattress. The two guys working appeared as if they were on drugs. I told them I am not sure exactly what i want and probably just price checking mattresses around a few stores before i make my decision.They were helpful at first but then became real pushy about me buying something. I said thanks but im not really interested in the mattresses at this time.They then accused me of being an undercover employee from a competitor. I laughed at first thinking they were joking but they were serious. They kept accusing me of working for another store and asking me where i was from.I left and will never do business with someone who treats customers this way. I never thought id be harassed into buying something then accused of being a spy for another store. LOLI thought for sure i must be on a hidden camera show or something because this is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever experienced. And as i mentioned earlier, i think these guys may have been on drugs or something.

Called to discuss buying a mattress. Explained the mattress I currently have and said clearly its hurting my back. The ladys respond was I doubt we have anything to better or exceed what you currently have and probably wont help your back. But if I want to come in and use a virtual bed match you can get 15% off. Starting at 500 for Kings. Are you guys selling beds to help people or t make sales? Sounds like a crock of $hit to me. Buyer beware.
