Ive never used earthworm castings before and am so thrilled at how well my vegetable and herbs respond to your product. Our soil is very clay-like and poor. My mini sweet pepper plants of which I had only 2 at the time were not doing well at all. After spreading a healthy dose of earthworm castings around the base of each plant the largest one sprouted a bunch of new flowers and the leaves turned dark green instead of the sickly yellowish lime green. The small plant that I thought would die suddenly sprang to life and now bears 4 peppers. But the most amazing thing is that yesterday when I went to count the peppers on the larger plant, that 18 inch beauty now sports 57 sweet peppers on it in various stages of growth! I am so happy and stunned. Your earthworm castings are magical. Truly magical.Thank you so much for selling this wonderful natural product. You are doing a wonderful service to the world in supplying an organic way to enhance the quality of any soil type. Please never stop selling this amazing product.

I initially order a product and by mistake hit the pick up instead of shipping to me. Abbey reached out to me before assuming that I was picking it up in Hagerstown. Im in Ohio and she wanted to make sure I didnt want it shipped instead of picking up the product. I apologized and I did need it shipped. She instantly refunded and I reordered the product. She sent it out and received the hydrogen peroxide 34% .Thank goodness Abbey went the extra mile to package it because the box was really banged up. I wish there was more people like Abbey in the world. Definitely a excellent employee and person! Thank you.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been in there twice and both times found what I needed to fix my issues in my garden. I am hoping to get into hydroponics and cant wait to get their guidance and info on this endeavor

Walked in and we were greeted by a representative. We told her what we were looking for and she took us right to it! The price was great. We discussed our greenhouse, hydroponic growing and also their supply of seeds. I can see us either stopping in again or having them ship our next order, since we live 65 miles away. Looked like they had whatever a person would need.

Best prices and customer service Ive ever seen! My order was being returned to sender by UPS. Luckily I caught it in time. One of my jugs busted open during transit. So UPS told me if I come and open the box to see what can be salvaged, I would be claiming all responsibility and the wont send it back.I didnt have time to wait. So I called Garden Dominion and got Abbey From shipping. She didnt hesitate to get a replacement sent out to me. Super friendly and helpful! Plus they beat every price out there! Theyve just made a customer for life!Side note: Abbey deserves a raise!

The fast shipping claim was untrue for me. They created a shipping label, but didnt actuallly send the package for 3 days. Im sick of companies doing this.

Was getting so fed up with overpriced and slow shipping products from other agri supply companies. I took a chance on GF Agriculture and I am so glad I did. This company ships fast, real fast. From now on if I need agri supplies I cannot get locally (even some I can), GDS/GFA is the first place I look.

She managed to turn an angry customer into a return customer with her outstanding customer service. I placed an order at the beginning of April and did not receive it until almost the end of the month and it was incomplete. Missing Half of the order!!!! They were not answering phones due to CV and do not retur emails. Opened a paypal dispute and paypal sided with them because they provided tracking info on a partial order. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Save your money and find a retailer who will deliver your order in full.

They supposedly shipped my order on April 3rd and I have yet to receive it. They won’t return my emails and they conveniently shut their phone line off. They owe me $500.

Every time I call it goes to voicemail. The few times I’ve been to the shop, the people were really nice but they just don’t have the products I need.

Of all the online shopping I do this company was the worst experience. Late shipment along with one item missing. Very slow in resolving the issue. They want to only refund an item of lesser amount.then what was not sent. I give up these guys. Dont waste your time or money with them.

I placed an order on March 28th, supposedly shipped April 2nd. April 12th, no package. They shut down the phone line so I cannot talk to a person and I have been emailing for days. NO RESPONSE! I understand that shipping isnt coming on time but you also didnt put any tracking on my package so I can know when it is coming! So disappointed. Your Web site claims 1-3 days shipping. Well two weeks later no product and no communication. Terrible service. I have emailed them 9 times so far and still no reply. What a rip off!

This store sells on eBay under the ID gf_agriculture. Theyve received numerous negative feedbacks recently. And Im talking, LOTS!!!!!!!!! Their shipping department is sub-par. Their communication is considerably worse.I ordered an item, waited a week and a half. Never received it. Opened a refund claim, and miraculously, the item shipped late that night.Their recent feedback on eBay is baffling to me. They continue to rack up the negatives, yet somehow, a lot of those negative reviews disappear.I guess I could consider myself lucky to have even received my item at all. Many of the negative feedbacks state that they have not received the product theyve purchased, or even been given a shipping/tracking number. Several folks have purchased multiples of the same item, and only received one of that item. Something is wrong here! This company does not conduct itself in a professional manner on every level of their business. Maybe they do face-to-face. But their credibility in online sales is deteriorating at a rapid pace.Ive been checking their feedback daily, and theyre scamming several hundred dollars per week, by not sending out the product or shorting the customer.

Theyre always doing great promotionals or organizing some type of event for customers to get to know vendors and become more familiar with the product. if you have any questions dont be afraid to ask their staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Horrible to non existent customer service. I understand the current covid crisis affects us all but not acceptable to outright LIE regards on line order deivery timeframes and then provide Zero updates/ delay notifications and even disconnect the only customer service call in line for follow up!?They claim on line free 2-3 day express delivery, Yes were that fast!I placed an order 8 days ago and havent seen it yet. I sent 3 email follow ups and havent gotten a single reply yet. I tried calling to hear their msg that due to covid this line is no longer operational, then just disconnect. Completely unacceptable, beware if you are considering ANY online/delivery order, they lie.

Placed an web order on 10/3. It is now over a week later and still no package. I live 35 minutes away. Meanwhile I ordered something from a company in Silver Spring, an hour and a half away and got it 3 days. I would hope service is better in store but think twice before ordering online.

First, Ive been ordering from GF Agriculture for a while because of the very low prices...item always came quickly and well packaged. i knew that i would be travelling thru Hagerstown area so I decided to stop in and check the store out. The staff were AMAZING.. Micheal, Abby, and Josh. Extremely well versed in this industry and took the time to answer the MANY Questions i had.I am involved with several agriculture Co-Ops, and programs like Master Gardeners Program through WVU.GF agriculture has proven to have the lowest prices I can find on products that I use. I have heard from different people that brick and mortar stores are doomed,,, well, I beg the differ. The time that they must spend to ensure that their products are priced competitively, not just in store but online (and its cheaper in store)....must be demanding.I am extremely impressed, I wish them continued success, and I will be a loyal customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Also, I saw that there was a negative review, dont believe that bullcrap, as I have placed multiple large orders, and there is always the possibility of a hiccup in the shipping lines, GF cant control that, but GF does EVERYTHING to make it right. There is always a bad apple(or review) in the bunch, or maybe just a hater. Keep on hatin haters, cuz u will see theses guys staying around.I was not asked to make this review or compensated for it.
